Amscot - The Money Superstore US, Tamarac

This is the only amscot that always has always has an attitude. I came in at 7:50am the African American lady with the extremely long nails assisted me, I got a money order and asked her for some tootsie roll’s and she flung 4 under the window at me I just left them and said “never mind you are the only amscot that has an attitude” and left I live right up the street from this store and would go a few miles down to the on store for service

I brought my Payroll Check from a fortune 500 company into this establishment where they had me put a thumb print and signature on it before informing letting me know their corporate office wouldn't cash my check. Now I have to get my check rewritten on Monday and today is Friday

People at this store are rude. They talk to you as if your stupid. The slim man with braids has no customer relation skills at all. My husband witnessed this.

Great staff. Always friendly and patient. Amscot has my back when I cash my check. They are the best!

Kadean or whatever her names is is always rude and full of attitude so early in the morning everyone else is great but the way she act toward me and my fiance every time we come in is lacking customer service I've seen her do it to numerous clients she needs an attitude adjustment

Some of their employees are rude. After people getting of work, trying to quickly stop and pay bills, no body have time for that. They’re always giving me a hard time. This particular one claim the machine didn’t print my money order. While I stood waiting for her, watching her counting and reading money. They need to get them a money detector at every register so they won’t be acting foolish. As for the rest if they can’t provide professional service they should quit and find another job that they are happy about. This is the only Amscot I’ve been to and the workers there are like that. I wonder what type of training or meetings their boss have with them.

I come here regularly because its the nearest Amscot to my house but I hate the customer service. I look really young but Im actually 22. Every time I go here for a cash advance or something the workers always treat me like some 4 year old just walked in randomly asking for money. One time I even over heard them making jokes about me like "what is this kid going to do with all this money?". As a frequent customer I don't need to put up with this every time I go to the store. If I need a cash advance or anything to help my financial life its none of your business so don't worry about it and just do your job and greet your customers politely and when your finished helping them thank them for their service instead of being rude, handing them some papers, and rudely walk away when your done. I don't normally leave reviews on any thing but as a frequent customer the customer service here really annoys me. So far only the ladies here seem to be properly trained. Hope this gets to the right person and someone please retrain or fire the indian dude. He's the worst.

Kadeen is VERY unprofessional and rude. She does not know how to talk to customers. Her attitude will cause Amscot to loose a lot of their customers. VERY VERY poor customer service Kadeen.

Wow amscot charge also 3.50 to fax 1 paper really thats crazy. You might want to go to the library its free.

This has to be the worst amscot I been too they ask for a whole back ground check just for a money order smh
