Amscot - The Money Superstore S John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee

Very unprofessional , very rude the way of treating a customer. I will never do any type of transaction there again. The name of the guy is Dario. I don’t understand how can Amscot have that type of employee. My wife was there last week and she had complained to me about the same guy. Don’t recommend this Amscot.

Had a very rude, unpleasant assistant. No greeting and refused to answer basic questions about knowledge she should know about. I went into another Amscot just to prove how disrespectful she was and blatantly lied to me. She acted like she couldn't read my handwriting (the numbers) she works with numbers all day. Huff and puffed the entire time and thought the whole process was humorous. She was African-American with twistee's right to her shoulder, larger lips, small eye. No names tag otherwise I would've had described her appearance less. I have NEVER been treated so rudely at any Amscott in my life.

Faxed over documents to a law office 21 pages worth. The law office never recovered the 21 pages they only received 8 of 21. The cost to fax was completely overpriced ($25) and Amscot corporate office would not refund the partial amount, I was willing to pay for the 8 pages the law office said and showed they received. A complete waste of time and money. I ened up taking the time sensitive papers to the law office in person, so a waste of gas too. I would not recommend faxing anything with Amscot!

Showed up at 8:30pm and the door was closed. The lady refused to open the door and the door says they closed at 9! Very very mad 😡 DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Rude customer service, I couldn’t get his name, but the receipt is 163796. I went there this morning to send money to my uncle like I do every month and when I got there I was told that it was mandatory to download the western union application because they got rid of the western union form. So I got home to download it and I went back to the same store and I told him that in the others amscot is not like that, that they just need the ID and this was his answer in a very rude tone: You need to do it on your app because I am the leader on duty and I know better... What kind of service is that?

It's was 9:55pm went we arrive and the door was close already. I was so mad cause I drive 20 minutes to get there. If the door said it close at 10pm it suppost to close at 10pm not at 9:55pm

If i could give a half star i would!!! Staff is rude lines are terrible then on top of it they charge an arm n leg to cash a simple check never going to come here agan!!!!
