Amscot - The Money Superstore W Flagler St, Miami

I usually don’t write reviews, this is probably my first one EVER. But I thought it was necessary to warn other customers about how horrible this place is. I walked in to ask a question about the possible payment options for a cash advance. Jessika, was unable to answer this question because I wasn’t the owner of the account I was inquiring. She seemed to be bothered, and gave me a nasty attitude after I continued to try to get an answer from her. I understand that they can’t give me the details of the account, but as a general question they should be able to address it. She has zero manners and definitely no proper customer service training.

the staff are rude and when want to do a cash advance or make any changes to your details. treat you as that one was to steal and begin to be nonsense questions as if they were the fbi to a your taking all the requirements that the company requires. 0 star feedback i don't recommend !!!!

My first time to Amscot , I was very satisfied, Ronald was very professional and very nice, I recommended this specific store.

They don’t help people from another state

Very bad treatment from the employee named Adrian. Very bad job. I went to change a check and after almost half an hour he told me that the check had a surcharge, I told him no, I would return it pork it seemed too much and the employee Adrian told me that he already had it, to charge pork, and the check was struck, I complained, and then he told me that he had to call to cancel it, when I called, he said (in English) that he had told me that there was a charge, something I It's a lie. and then they lowered my charge a bit. and when he finally gave me the money, since he was already upset, he didn't even give me an envelope. horrible deal

Worst Amscot I've ever been to. They don't bother taking you in the order you come in. They basically let you stand there and watch as everyone else be tended to. Also, they charge for cashing money gram money orders. There were people who came in for cash advances after us, and left way before us.

They are not open 24 hours. But when they open they are busy. They Help you out quickly though. They don't let you stand around and wait, they continuously ask what they can help you with and accurately help you to the best of their ability.

Slow service. Three people arrived after me and those three people were attended before I was. Manager had a bad attitude when I asked a question.

Very bad service, only one employee serving the population. After waiting 20 minutes at the window she asked me to get in line because she was serving another client, who had arrived after me, and she needed him to come to the window where I was. I asked him for an explanation and he told me that the client was before me. Which is uncertain since I was the only one when I entered the establishment.

Super lousy attention considering that I go with a newborn baby and leave me waiting in my turn to attend the other boxes and my baby crying. The place is not respected when it is your turn
