My OCD was thoroughly satisfied. The place smells so clean was so tidy no dust. The young ladies that were there were so pleasant. Those who are local entrepreneurs know my struggle of waiting for corporate checks. Sometimes I can wait for it to process through my mobile checking account, and sometimes I can't. In this case yesterday was an I can't... LOL I visited after 7:00 p.m. Wanda and Yadilys we're so pleasant and assisting me.

Don't waste tome trying to cash business checks. Just wait for bank to open on the week. Wasted 15minutes for nothing. They asked for more information that they need. All to send you business junk and sell your info to partners

I've been taking loans there for years and I've paid every loan back on time. recently I retired I went there to change my status to retired so the first person that I talked to wanted me to fill new application and I questioned it because I figured that I've been there for so many years .the only thing that they had to change was my status from working to retired I kind of got upset and I wasn't going to do it I was going to leave it at that and not take the loan.... so I proceeded to ask for my ID back and I was going to go but all of a sudden the manager came up and told me to fill it out that they were going to fill out the new information load and behold after I did all that they told me that I couldn't take another loan that I would have to wait to put another income... so I repeated myself and told him that I didn't have another income.. so they gave me the song and dance that they would call corporate and see what they can do hahaha hahaha.. yes they wasted my time but it's all good you know why because I got the loan somewhere else with no hassles... it's a shame that I was there for so many years and paying my loans on time they never had a problem getting their money back.... and they couldn't even help me with one request but it's all good I bid you adieu... and I'll take my business elsewhere.. you left me with a lot to desire.. I will never recommend you for loans..

Service so bad I walked in and I was not even acknowledge there was a Spanish heavyweight Lady by the name of Crystal wearing a white Amscot shirt she stood in front of me the whole time and did not even greet me I counted the time of how long I had waited before I was even helped after 10 minutes went by a Spanish couple one in and came to the window to Windows away from me she went and helped them and I asked her I said why didn't you acknowledge me and why didn't you ask to see if I needed help I've have been waiting for 10 minutes she said oh she didn't know she didn't see me even though she was standing directly in front of me did not acknowledge me did not even want to help me I have a picture of her standing directly in front of me as I was waiting I recorded it and I will put it on YouTube

The worst experience ever. AVOID THIS PLACE! I was with somebody else that couldn't do what he needed and they didn't want to return him copies of documents they did without even asking for permission. Stay away from this place.

Sean and Yadily have shown great hospitality. With everything going on they still maintain great customer service!

I was suddenly in pain one time while making a transaction and I need to go to the bathroom. The representative asked their manager and he declined my request. I felt so disgusted with his decision for this that I had to run to the closest business establishment.

I wish i can give it 0 stars. Sean did my money order with no problem than a stupid hispanic guy took my moms and told him he couldnt do her money order cause he needed her id. I went off on both of them.

The Staff is Professional and always courteous.
