Amscot - The Money Superstore FL, Margate

If I could give 0 I would, just had to Hang up on the representative because they are so rude. First girl (manager so she said) spoke back to me with the ugliest attitude I have ever heard in customer service , when I asked to speak to another associate the second woman picked up and she seemed to be busy and rushed me on the phone. I will never go inside that location or call that location. Staff needs serious customer service training.

This place doesn't deserve one star. Their customer service is disgusting. All the women in there are either pregnant or rude. The employees pick and choose who they want to service. They don't even offer tootsies rolls even though the bucket is full. They do not greet you properly and over all it's a dull place.

They are selective about who they will help. When they called me before I came in, I told them what I had to work with. They said, “sure, no problem. Come on in.” When I got there, they told me I couldn’t use my Chime account to do an advance, but they let the next customer who came in after me use his Chime account. The only difference I saw between the two of us leads me to believe their choice was based on skin color. I will be filing suit against this horrible business.

Friendly service. Lots of different services in one place. I would give it 5 stars but it seemed like it took longer than it really needed to notarize one sheet of paper. Besides that, the facility is clean and the customer service is good. Devon was very professional and friendly. Good job!

I came to this amscot expecting another average experience but I experienced service like no other experience I've ever had thanks to Stacey and her crew I was able to cash a very difficult check and move on with my day, all other places declined me saying my check could not be cashed. Very thankful I came here.

Manager is super nice, but the employees? NASTIEST ATTITUDES EVER. ESPECIALLY the girl working tonight (today at 1-27-2021 @ 9:53 pm) and the other one Daniella. Why are you working if you have a nasty attitude? They are so impolite and rude! NO PATIENCE FOR PEOPLE. Every single time I come to this amscot there’s a problem, and I was being nice, but they just have ugly behavior. They obviously need to RECONSIDER employment.

Very nice and clean Amscot store. They also give their customers a Tootsie Roll candy which is cute. I am very surprised why they need so much square footage... But, the lines here are not long. They have free money orders which really is helpful and they also sell Sunpasses here too and check cashing. Very good customer service oriented employees.

Worst possible customer service. Business account. Stopped in at 10 pm, I don't usually need to cash any checks this late but I was in a situation that required it. I remembered that amscot is open 24 hours. First visit 10pm. Women takes the business check written to me and says my business account is inactive and I'm not on sun biz... I politely took my things and left. I sat in my car and pulled up my sunbiz account and it was there, plain as black and white... Second visit, I entered the store and spoke to another employee and told him I have a valid sunbiz filing and the previous employee never even looked, ignored the fact that the woman wasted my time and said I had to open another account. Infill out the paperwork and then jump through everything they put into my way. I emailed at least 6 different proof forms that they required, then they claim they found a delinquent tax certificate under my company name... they cant do anything for me, mind you it's now 2AM. I was here from 10:30pm to 2am!!! .. I realized that its it's not possible for what I was told to be true and asked them where they found it... the final whoop after over 3 hours... oh sorry we cant search county records after 2am so we can't find it or apology for wasting all your time..... AMSCOT I'LL BE BACK TO WASTE 20 HOURS OF YOUR TIME.. WITH A POLITE SMILE AND A WAVE GOODBYE EVERY DAY I STOP IN. ...

1-star for the free money orders. Customer service leaves plenty to be desired. Will try another location since free money orders is the only business I'll give this company until I get treated with some respect.

Beautiful budding a olus.i walk in there twice on a row and walk out.i dont like free nothing..about free money order .lololl Change up the position holders lazy ones there.never again I'll pay wat ever it cost to get my service...b off with her and the Inc. Read other review.pick who to serve .they have t li many windows and 3 people.so they truly try to hold u from going Walmart or check cashing
