Got here for the first time and I was taking care by Jackie who did an amazing job I'm very pleased.

Today I went to make a loan. The supervisor Mrs. Margarita Lou is so unprofessional and started to make comments with another employer about my case; "who comes back to make a loan less than 4 days"? It is not her business when, how, and why I go back to make a loan. Nobody has to learned or know that I went there to make a loan because that is confidential. I would appreciate if that lady may take a training on how to treat clients and how to keep her mouth close. Thank you!

Terrible experience with one the older tellers here. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS... If you don't like your job, if people annoy you... do us all a favor and quit lady! Amscot, please get wiser as to who you chose to hire!

In typical central FL style, Spanish people here are racist against white people & they will make you wait, etc. & then when their rudeness is discovered they play dumb "oh, I didn't even see you there". Just ONE of the many games the Spanish play. When the racism is approved by corporate, it's the stamp of approval to kick it up a notch & carry on

2 women at this location refused to notarize my document refuse to give me a list of items they notarize and don’t notarize and then the main manager laughed in my face and told me to get the F out. Stay far away from these unprofessional people!

called and found out when Notary would be there to notorize a quit claim for me... they dont notorize quit claims and really should put that somewhere.. NOWHERE does it say ANYWHERE that they dont notarize quit claims....

Had to get a paper notarized. The woman attending me was not paying attention and was talking to another staff member the entire time. Well that's probably why they ended up doing it wrong, putting the wrong name and it was denied when I sent it to the Tax Collector. $10 is a steep price for it to be done wrong, now I have to go through the trouble of printing, getting the property owner to go again, which my closest Amscot isn't that close.

Is really not that bad some people just want things done for free . I guess they forget the they have to pay there employees. I understand some time some workers dont come to work in there best attitude and just look at this like if it was working don’t you think hou are going to have a good or a bad day too.

They charged to much. $10 for cashing a payroll check and $10+ just to send a simple 1 page fax.
