Amscot - The Money Superstore Cortez Rd, Bradenton

Not sure what people are expecting from an Amscot, every time I go in any of them I already know it's going to be minimal "customer service" so I find it soothing to just expect what I get, anything more is a bonus....Ever spend an extended amount of time in line at one of these joints? I'm no better than anyone else but let's be real here, some people that go in are pretty rude and ignorant, THATS what these folks have to deal with all day.....I've never had a problem

They have no idea ab,what they doing . If u send money they have my info and asking for more info like I want to stole something ,I'm the sender hello , I tell the cashier need a money order to pay my rent ,need it now , they make me lose 30 min asking stupid questions , to end , they didn't want to sell me a money order and lose my time , my lander over charge me. Awful service!!! I sat down and saw how they serviced three customers that came before me first!! They guy acknowledge me. Knew I was waiting for him to finish and if somebody came in and asked anything on the side he could not tell them NO!! YOU GO AFTER HIM!!!! Simple!!!

The staff and hours are great. The area and surroundings of the building are shady and less than stellar. Would not even park my car here after dark.

This is the worst place to get e money order. The staff were so slow they had more than 10 people waiting not to mention they need you to fill our paperwork for a money order. They wasted my time for nothing!!!

Associate messed up my amscot card purchase. Had to go back in to another branch for in depth. Knowingly created another profile and wrong social security number. This associate needs to be re-trained or something. Mistakes like this can really screw up some customer's life.

I’ve never been to an Amscot before but William was very informative and efficient while processing my transaction. First impressions are everything and thanks to William this was a good one!

I've had good customer service and minimal wait time. The hours are great and you can't go wrong with free money orders!

Luis at amscot was amazing!..He went above and beyond to help me and even took my phone and helped me download my bank statement..I was one of those pain in the you know where customers..and Luis was so helpful in a time I really needed it🤣

All associates are very helpful and go the extra mile to help anyone that comes in. My favorite Amscot!
