Ameris Bank Nuckolls Rd, Cumming

Perhaps I’m just a bit too old school but back in my day, tellers were smart enough to not shitetalk customers within earshot. But considering that same teller was shitetalking a coworker for having memory issues—but what can you expect from a staff so young. When the older tellers still worked at this Ameris, such improprieties were never observed—so maybe they were just better at waiting for the customer to get the heck outta Dodge before yapping.

When it was Fidelity this was a great branch of a great bank. Not anymore. Hours are too short anything other than local businesses. They used to let the drive thru stay open a little later than the lobby but not anymore. They used to stay open later on Fridays, but not anymore. Customer service used to be courteous, but not anymore. They don't allow access to safe deposit boxes on weekends. And since COVID they've become flatly rude. Their convoluted centralized customer service by phone is only adept at incompetence and discourtesy The only reason I still bank here is because I'm stuck with some joint accounts. Strongly advise you consider Regions.

The entire staff at this location should be given the opportunity to train some of the Fidelity Bank staffers. They are experienced in all and every thing that’s needed to make a banking experience a top notch customer service. Tanya & Desi , Pam and Jennifer are a great team. My family loves them :) Three cheers for this team!!!!

Well, so far these people have been outstanding on helping me get a VA loan. Alexia was the ONLY one to tell me why I was declined from other VA lenders and is helping me with the process. Their insight into and willingness to help is what sticks with you. Keep up the good work.

I went through fidelity to purchase my first home! This was the worst experience ever! I had several closing dates changed back to back, due to the loan officer Mark Scarratt and his team being unorganized! I also had MAJOR problems with Mark not answering the phone on plenty, plenty, plenty occasions for me and my realtor! Another problem is that I was suppose to receive money back at closing and the loan officer took the money and applied it to my loan without telling me, so thousands of dollars that was suppose to be for me to fix my home was gone! The miscommunication/not answering phone for your client is the worst experience to ever feel! I will never do a home loan with this company again due to the loan officer Mark Scarratt and his team!

Wonderful people. They always remember me when I come. I did not want to take all of my children out because 2 out 4 were sleeping and since there wasn’t a line they took care of it all for me as quickly as possible through the window and let me go home. So helpful and willing to make things easy for you. Very kind people. I love doing business here.

I have my mortgage and two business accounts here. The merger with ameris bank has been terrible for mortgage services. I can't get The bank to return my calls. They're charging me overdraft fees on an account with plenty of money in it. The old branch manager was helpful and caring. Would step in when a line was forming. The new branch manager is lazy and rude. I will be closing both accounts and not going with them for my next mortgage.

I have always had a great relationship with the Fidelity Bank on Nuckolls Road and appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Even my great granddaughter now banks there. Incidentally, you need to update your e-mail since Nan Brown is no longer the branch manager. I really enjoyed her retirement party too!!!!!

Wish it was still Hamilton State where they actually cared really saw a big switch for whatever reason once it switched over. Crazy saving account fees as well! Be aware of the small print it will get you like it got me. Closed accounts immediately.
