It's 2022 and they still asking ppl to come into the branch info that should be readily available to access or simply pawning ppl off to the local branches bc the have no clue what is happening.

I'm honestly shocked and disgusted at the way i was treated. EXTREMELY rude. Amber rehmatulla (the assistant manger) was initially extremely rude to me, so i asked to speak to the manager, fernando... who treated me worse than she. I guess it's true what they say, that negativity works in pairs. I have a business account helping orphans in haiti and i will be canceling my account tomorrow and telling as many people as i can that fidelity bank doesn't deserve your business. Not only do they not deserve your business they actively suppress it. Again, shocked, dismayed, stunned... i can't even express how upset I am. Wow.

I've been using this bank for over five years. They are a small local bank and I have been treated very well. Everybody at this branch knows me by my first name and they are always friendly and helpful.

I just finished completing my loan documentation, and received the final financial lender disclosure. The financial calculations by Fidelity were correct with documentation disclosing all calculations and instructions. Wiring instructions accompanied the disclosure statement. Purchasing a home and dealing with the realtors, sellers, buyers if selling your home, and the lending process is a real hassle. Each step of the process from selling the old home to purchasing the new home, can be very frustrating and a little stressful for the buyer of the new home. This is definitely so while working with the lender because of the current federal and state laws that must be adhered to. Evidently, fraudulent home lending has reached an alarming rate due to money laundering and for other reasons. Therefore, federal and state laws have tightened considerably. Now that the process is finished, I asked myself. Would I use Fidelity Bank as a lender in the future? The answer is yes. B. Warden

I read the comments about Amber and Fernando. Completely FALSE! Both are absolutely lovely. I am always treated with respect at this branch.

If you're thinking about banking here think again. Unacceptable customer service.
