The teller that answered the phone is terrible!!! I hope the lady that laughed at our concern gets fired 😒 we just called at 3/3/2021 11:09am and tried to explain whats going on and she just laughs!! I hope she never finds a job again and struggles for laughing at our struggles. We called to see why were in negative and explains that we got charged for 120 for our overdraft fees and didn't know our check was getting in our bank tomorrow. Why is this bank so slow at checks!! I have never received a rude teller in chase so I will be canceling everything we have with this bank and going straight back to chase

I've been banking here for about 3 years. I've had no issues. They are very proactive about security issues with your cards. Inconvenience once when out of town and they cancelled my card because it had a fraudulent charge on it. Wasn't a huge deal but annoying at the time. They've always been fair with working with me on fees involving accidental overdrafting. Reading some complaints on here that seem quite ridiculous. "They won't give me no loans!!" Well maybe you made some bad life decisions that led to them not wanting to just give money to an unrelaible person! "They arent very nice!!" When I go to the bank, I'm not going in expecting some huge over joyous reception on my behalf. I bring money in, you take it and hold it in an acct for me. Transaction complete.

ACU provided a third party, Franklin-Madison my account information without my consent or authorization! Management refuses to speak to resolve the issue. ACU knows it’s a scam and refuses to acknowledge this fraudulent activity. Don’t do business with this bank!

Would not recommend using them to bank with. They charge fee's for everything. They will not work with you on waiving anything off your account. I have closed my account and switched to Georgia United Credit Union. They are way better. No fee's for using your debit card or having a checking account. No fee for not using e-statement. ACU will rob you left and right!!!

Really glad I'm deciding to leave because these hours and the communication with this branch is atrocious. I went today to see about closing my account and got there a little after 9 because that's what their hours are. Nope. They have a mote saying they won't be open until 11 today. Maybe you guys should send an email out to your members and let them know before they waste their gas.

I have been banking with the Associated Credit Union for over 10 years. I have been to the banking centers located in Decatur, Norcross (Beaver Ruins), and Grayson. I am always greeted by friendly employees who know me by name. These folks are very friendly and courteous. I work in Decatur so 90% of the time I use this location. If I could give a zero I would. The staff isn't friendly. They don't greet you when you come in. Just a simply good morning would of been nice. They don't want to give you any loans or want to help you at all. I ended up going to another credit union and got everything I was trying to get from associated. Today was the last day that I was going to deal with rude, unfriendly, not helpful credit union. So I had to change that and closed my account with them. They have changed staff alot. Do not I repeat do not bank here. There are so many other credit unions that will do much more to help you and definitely much more friendly.

This Union bank is not good for anything. Try to get car loan with my excellent score and no matter your score or anything on recorded only depend on loan officer who is idiot and doesn't know to put numbers together make decision on loan he gave me lower amount and yes good rate based for some reason he knows. However don't go there for any cost employees and everyone else does not work with you. DON'T GO THERE.

I love associated with the better rates and no fees at all on my account and ability to access my account online easily, but at this branch the customer service is not the best. I despoit money about every other week , but I rarely get greeted by anyone when walking in. And don't forget to make an despoit during the same day , like I did once or you will be glared at by the teller.Not asking for the red carpet to rolled out but it would be nice for them to be a little more friendly.

the credit union staff were friendly and knowledgeable. account set up with cards activated, same day. handwritten thank you card sent out to me for being a new customer. so very anti-big bank vibe.....it was a welcome change
