We have banked here for a dozen years. They have been courteous and helpful. The small, local bank atmosphere is refreshing because we get individualized attention. They were particularly compassionate and helpful as we went through the necessary transitions after my husband's passing. I cannot imagine that approach at a big-box bank unless I was independently wealthy.

Don’t waste ur time go to another bank

I recently went into Fidelity, Riverside Pkwy branch, to close out an account and open another. Carlos Rea assisted me in both transactions (two separate days), Carlos was both knowledgeable and courteous, as I have come to expect from Fidelity banking. He had me in and out of there in a very acceptable time frame. Just one more reason I bank at Fidelity.

This branch is always helpful and patient with me. There’s a lot of things I don’t know being a new business and they are always right there holding my hand 🤗

I wish I could have giving them less stars. 30 mins later and still waiting to be seen by a rep. Without a line in front. Crazy

I have never been treated like that at a bank before. Totally bizarre. If i could give 0 stars i would in a heartbeat. I look forward to getting my money OUT of this bank this coming week and finding a bank that treats there customers with respect. I've been to banks with incompetent employees, I've been to banks with rude employees. This bank had an employee that managed to be both. A bit of advice, avoid this bank, until they clean house of the disgraceful employee they have. Until she's gone, I can't fathom letting this bank hold onto my money.

This bank can only handle one customer per day. I waited inside for 1 hour. No shame at all.

My 7 year wanted to open an account and they were happy to help.

I recently opened a new checking account and the account manager was extremely helpful and professional.
