I worked with Lisa Foster to refinance my home and I must say it was the worst professional work experience I’ve ever had. It took 4 months, was never completed, numerous mistakes were made, then Lisa decided to cancel my refinance after it taking 4+ months to complete. I had the worse experience possible. Sharing this on google so others don’t experience the same. Save yourself months of frustrations and just use a different company.

I refinanced with Amerifirst and pay my mortgage to Dovenmuhl through Amerifirst but if you pass 5dys late they start to harass with phone calls. Never experienced that situation with other companies.

She made sure to take the time to teach us what loan options there were. This helped us to choose the loan that best fit our family. The process to purchase a home is so stressful. However, Myriam’s great sense of humor had me laughing throughout. She made the endless paperwork a breeze. I am a person who asks a lot of questions. She made herself available whenever I needed to ask a question. This made me feel like she cared about me and that I mattered. After seeing this company (Amerifirst financial (advertising helping African Americans with home ownership. I decided after getting approved for a conventional loan I’ll see if the down payment assistance programs would be offered to me. After several attempts to get someone reply after pulling my credit. I turn in the appropriate documentation as such irs, transcripts, returns, bank statements etc. which previously used to be approved and this is the company response?
