    Very nice store ! I always shop here there always so nice and polite but this time I went during the holiday season and even got a gift card from target from them ! Wow I wasn’t expecting that ! A good store to shop other than that the store gives very good items in great shape I’ve bought here cameras console accesories laptop and tablet and everything has been working well so far no complain

    The guys here at the pawn superstore is always so friendly and helpful. They treat everyone with respect not like most pawnshops. I love the guy that always helps me I believe his name is Joseph but don't hold me to it. So everyone save your time and stop by here first. They also have all kinds of good specials. I do not work for them nor am I being told to say this. I just like to give credit where credit is due

    Used to come here all the time… used to be the only place I did business with. Brought in a very high end hk gun for loan, was told that he would only give me $400 for a $4000 gun. Because of the market, it would not sell. Obviously this guy didn’t know what he was talking about!! Was very rude about it, even after explaining I had been a long time customer.

    Do not go to this pawn shop!!!! They buy stolen stuff..i bought something that was stolen..there staff is terrible.. and another thing.i qas a good customer..and i bought something from there and tryed to take it back and they wouldn't take it. TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!! Well I thought I would give them another shot. Yea well same results. Still the worst pawn shop around

    I have been coming here for years. always very kind people! Also they always have a police officer in shop(Heck he even opened the door for me a couple times!!! ) Always makes me feel a LOT safer walking in. I am about to try and find a ring for my wife and that is outside my knowledge base. I say that to ask this.... Has anyone ever bought any type of jewelry here? did you get a fair deal? and has anyone had the item appraised and the appraisal matched? Regards B.Rasor

    This place is very picky when it comes to pawning or selling an item or items to them. They wont buy anything unless a well known "expensive" name is attached to it. Even then, they will offer you a fifth (1/5) of what it is worth, and when you try to negotiate, they dont even work with you on the price. They do seem to have quality items for sale in the store, but at a price that is so high, your better off buying brand new. The power tools they have for sale are damn near at retail prices. Other than that, the staff is friendly and helpful and the store is well organized and easy to navigate.

    I used to go to you guys very often when i lived closer by. Yall were excellent for all transaction types be it a loan, sale, or purchase. Never liked that the used firearms mostly always are tagged at 5% or 10% below the price of the same gun would be new. I get the idea of working deals and flexing the price at my request which is why i always still bought and sold firearms with you guys. Fast forward to 3 years to present and over the last 3 weeks I have been back to see you guys twice the first time with a compound bow in excellent working condition just apparently too old and most recently tonight with a great electric stand-up Bass and two older watches one of them a manual wind-up watch that was still working perfectly. Sure the electric stand-up bass didn't have a brand name printed on it yeah it had minor cosmetic issues but it still function perfectly and had all of his parts and pieces. 12 times over these last few weeks I was turned away for everything I brought up to you guys. I wasn't asking for much hey I didn't even get a chance to ask for anything because I was turned away. I know that you guys make your decisions based on the fact that you're running a business but you know what both of these times I would have taken drastically less than what these items could have resold for I guarantee it. I would have taken $5 for the bow and I know you could have sold it for five times that and a $25 for a compound bow it probably would have been purchased the very next day. Here i am trying to find a way to feed myself and my dog and YES that is not your fault and not your responsibility, but you should know that you could have helped me out as i am in the position i am in. And i garauntee you would have still made both a potential 500% profit on the resale and a thrilled customer whomever got the good deal. Anyways perhaps ill use the bow to find a rabbit or squirrel or something that way I can eat hope you guys have a good night

    Walked in 20 minutes before closing because no other store was open and looking for a new xbox that I need for tomorrow morning so I probably would have bought whatever they had at this point but unfortunately I guess they didn’t want any money because nobody acknowledged me. Nobody even looked up from either talking to one another or from doing their closing duties so that they can leave right at 9. So to the owner of this store, you have hired a bunch of lazy workers who care more about leaving right at 9 than to get another customer. Not a customer who is asking for money, but for a customer who was just going to give it to you! So congrats, hope y’all all made it out by 9pm that y’all worked so hard at!

    Morgan is the absolute best! I was looking for a nice metal detector and he had several located for me within minutes.     I've been going to this pawn store for maybe 11 years. I've pawn personal items and even bought merchandise. I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is always kind and when I did have to pawn my personal belongings, they always take great care of my things. I'll recommend this pawn store to everyone.

    Not sure if the business sold to a new owner or what but, they're selling vehicles, have very little merchandise, wont hold your pawn ticket even for a day and even if you call ahead

    Way over priced on guns they only gave $200 for. I wanted at .45-70 and all they had was a Henry model for $1500. What the hell, I can get a new one for $800. I will never be back Response to your very unprofessional reply. I did buy a Henry .45-70 for $799 plus tax from Atwoods. Your price is way overpriced and you know it.. I would post the picture if it would let me.

    Hello Mr. Fincher, Your claim of our cost in the firearm is not only inaccurate, but it’s also irrelevant. Even before the Covid-19 pandemic, certain firearms were difficult to obtain and are even more so today. Guns.com currently has a 45-70 Brass Lever Action available for $1514.99. If you can obtain this particular rifle for $800, we will be happy to purchase every one of them from you. Response: The Atwoods website states that the Henry 45-70 is Out Of Stock. Please let us know what Atwoods location you purchased your rifle from and we will purchase their remaining stock. Our offer still stands to purchase your rifle as well.

    Went there today to do some Christmas shopping. Started looking at jewelry and they came over the radio and said I had to put a mask on. I just had sinus surgery and have a big splint on my nose. I guess I'll go spend my money elsewhere. I've been to a couple stores since my surgery and have not had one single person order me to put a mask on, in fact have received well wishes and "get better soon" most places I've been. Its a shame they felt a need to demand I wear a mask despite a legitimate medical exception.

    This is a store to stay away from took a ring to have diamond replaced total loss! Ashley the jeweler claimed she sent the ring off 3 times to get fixed properly w/out success. She then sold me a womans ring that I didn't like and she didn't give any options on giving me my money back so if you dont want to lose money and time PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE!

    Minimal inventory, defective merchandise and no cash refunds only store credit. Why would I want store credit when anything is liable to be defective. Only informed of the no cash refunds after the 40 minute return trip. Disappointing for sure.
