American National Bank of Texas Military Pkwy, Mesquite

This bank is always having problems and the ATM outside is almost NEVER working. Every other day it’s broken down and then I have to drive 25 mins to the next location and their ATM is hit and miss. So Ridiculous!! Worst bank ever!!

Literally. 3 people in the right lane came after me and I still sat there waiting. Slowest bank ever. If you have somewhere you have to be find a different bank. Because you will wait forever. Happens every time. You should never have to wait 20 minutes in a bank line. When you were the only one in it when you showed up.

Slowest drive through customer service ever…..and employees aren’t the friendliest

Been with First state Bank for decades, and since American Nat'l Bank have taken over I have had a few personal issues that had to be handled. The staff was awesome in helping and getting my issues resolved. Love my bank!

This bank will defraud you of your money. They have poor customer service. I would strongly advise you not to bank with them unless you want your money stolen.

The worst bank ever! They take forever in the drive thru, they do not help who drove up first, the wait inside is even longer, they have this one teller that talks and talks to their customers while there is a line of people waiting, I understand taking care of the people but man take care of everyone that is in line and in the drive though and if there is time to talk then talk!!!! Wells Fargo is really good at helping their drive through with who arrives first and so fourth,

Very friendly. I have banked here over 12 years however in the last two years my debit card keeps getting canceled. This time I’m over 7 days with no replacement and they have no explanation as to why I keep getting cancelled nor can they do anything to help process along. I’ve called 3 times with a slightly longer time frame to get my debit card replaced. Very disappointing. At some point you have to go where you can get resolutions regardless of how friendly the business is that you have to leave.

By far the worst ANBTX location I have been too. I go to other branches and I am in and out, I come to this location for a simple deposit and it's atleast a 20 minute wait. This branch is like this no matter what time of day you come.

I can't believe I'm still at this bank.....I hate their business hours...their mobile app sucks too...I just hate to switch all my monthly withdraws
