Thanks for other people posted their experiences with the company. I received an email from a person titled as Multiple Line General Agent. the email want to recruit me as their sales person. The email was written soundly and very attractive. fortunately, I searched the company online, and saw the problems the company has had. Appreciate all of you.

I worked for them more than five years and think they are a good company. They are strong on ethics and treat employees well.

We had a total loss fire May 23-24, 2016. Our Statement(s) of Loss, Inventory, and all other paperwork was submitted to our Farm Family adjuster within 2 weeks or so of that date (they give you 2 months). We have not yet received our check ($171k give or take). I learned just today (August 4th, 2016) that the check was sent UNCERTIFIED through regular old US mail. How do you even freakin' conceive of doing such a dangerous thing? Insanity. Now we're promised a cancel and reissue. I've requested the check be sent CERTIFIED and SHIPPED OVERNIGHT. I've not yet received a confirmation of him sending it or not. This company is either severely incompetent (highly unlikely considering their wealth) or simply crooked as scoliosis. Get Geico instead.

I can't stand this company....looking to go with NJM.....we've had nothing but trouble with making payments thru their website and in turn, we've had our policy cancelled several times. VERY UMPROFESSIONAL. AVOID.
