After being a loyal customer to a competitor of State Farm, I felt that perhaps it was time for a review of my auto and home policy. I scheduled an appointment with James Leone, an incredible State Farm Agent, who reviewed my polices and gave him his honest opinion of my plans. Mr. Leone spent a considerable amount of time with me, reviewed each policy line by line, asked questions, and gave him his professional opinion. I am happy to say that Mr. Leone and his administrator, Ben, were able to save me money, include necessity items to my polices that were excluded from my previous policy, and gave me a sense on confidence with my auto and home needs. I found James Leone-State Farm Agency to be very customer friendly, and I was able to receive a quote for much less than what I have been paying with my previous company, and this also included more coverage. I am so glad I visited their office so that I could learn how much more they have to offer than what I have been receiving, even in terms of fighting for you if you need assistance with a claim.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I have had insurance through James Leone's state farm for eight years now; insuring an apartment, car, 3 homes and life insurance policies. The customer service is unparalleled. James and his entire team go above and beyond to service their customers. You call, they answer, you email they responded... questions? They take the time to be sure they are answered....and many times outside of business hours. Professional, courteous and just lovely folks to interact with.
