We have worked with Jason at American loans on a couple of refinancing projects and have been very impressed with the timely responses, quick approval process and ease of closing with American. Jason has been very responsive and taken the time to really listen to our situation and make the best recommendations. Such a great process we recommended them to our family. Definitely our go to home loan business.

Worked with American Loans & Mortgage back in 2016. Efficient, got a great rate and a streamlined process. You always worry when buying a house that the mortgage company may drag their feet and potentially affect the sale. But that was anything but the case for us with these guys. They were top notch, speedy, and gave us a much better interest rate than the competition -including our own credit union. We will be buying a home in Utah again in the next few months and we definitely are going to be going with American Loans & Mortgage again!

I have banked at America First CU since March of 1984. Applied for a loan through them, never even got a response in 4 months! Called Mountain America CU and got the run around on why my interest rate had to be higher than what they advertised, but they did have their offer available within 2 weeks. Called American Loans and Mortgage, and Jason Erskine helped me. He had an offer for me within a few days, with their advertised rate. Fantastic to work with. We also during the paper signing phase found a misunderstanding, and it had to be adjusted again. They were very helpful and understanding and corrected it by the next day. We could not have been happier with their service! Highly recommended

Jason and his team were absolutely terrific to work with! We were preapproved within a few minutes, found our home and closed within 2 weeks. We knew what to expect, what paperwork we needed all up front, there were no surprises.
