Mariner Finance S State St, Sandy

At first they were really easy and nice to deal with it wasn't until I found myself in financial trouble that I learned how they really treat their customers. I learned that they don't care about what is going on in your life. They may pretend but their actions speak louder than their words. I get the nonstop phone calls which to me is borderline harassment. I've told several people as well as the regional manager my problems and all they care about is when they will be getting their money. I have been asked what the problem is with me being and that they can help me but when I tell them, they offer no options as to how they can help. You will see a lot of reviews on how great this company is. But I recommend if you can go elsewhere for elsewhere. Find a company that will care about you as a customer because clearly this one does not.

This is my second loan with Mariner Finance. My first loan used my car as collateral, I paid that off. Now with my second loan, I didn't need collateral. So great that they continue to let me build my credit rating back up and that they trust me to do so. Wonderful company to work with 👍

Yadi was great to work with at Mariner, she helped me get finalized with my loan and got it done in quick time. I was in a hurry actually heading out of town and When i went in she had 3 appts show up at the same time so it was awesome seeing her run around and handle it like a Champ. 10/10 i would recommend and continue with Mariner for the long run.

I have a loan here and love how quick but i have tried to get another loan through them and can get ahold of anyone expecting for 1 time in 2 weeks poor customer service. And not happy. Chose because of how quick they are but clearly i was wrong.

This place used to be good 3 years ago when I applied for a loan and paid it off in full. I went in yesterday to apply got one and the girl was just rude and nasty and didn't want to help. I will never come back here or use it services if they have people like that working there. Don't go to the Sandy location.

Do NOT do business with Mariner Finance if you want honesty and integrity from your lender! My experience has been terribly negative. From extremely rude treatment over the phone to multiple changes in terms to an offered loan, I would never do business with Mariner Finance and I recommend you do not as well. I even asked for a manager one day during a phone call and I was told, "I will not promise that they will call you. Sorry."

Application process very easy. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them when you need some extra money.

They are easy to deal with and they service is amazing. They also get you taking care of in a timely manner
