Our loan officer, Richard, made the loan process as easy as possible. He made sure we had the information and figures we needed to make decisions and even suggested a scenario we hadn’t considered. This resulted in our being able to access more of our equity than we thought we could. Towards the end of our process, we made an honest mistake that could have caused us to lose our refinance but he went to bat for us and we were able to close.
