His communication is off the charts including quick response times. He worked with my husband and I on a difficult situation that no one else would or can and I am forever grateful! Shout out to Victor! Victor saw I had an issue with getting an expedited car title from a payoff that I had made and found my phone number to call me and assist. He was able to resolve my issue in 5 minutes and expedited delivery of the title. He even followed up with a phone call giving me the tracking number Now, this is what customer service is all about! A man named Yuri called me regarding a loan that my father has here. I responded for my father as I'm a translator for him, and then asked how they got my phone number. Yuri became infuriated that I would ask this question, then told me that my father's vehicle would be marked for possession and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Lily and customer service who was wonderful (and the only reason why this review is not one star) who then informed me that My father's car was not marked for repossession at all. So YURI straight up LIED in order to threaten me because he was angry I told him I was translating for my father and asked how they got my phone number. This man has no business working in any role interacting with people and If a business is willing to hire someone like this I can only imagine the other shady things that maybe going on

He made the whole process so simple. Documents were drawn up and UPS’d to me. He obtained all the signatures needed from my ex husband and answered all my questions about switching titles over to my new home state. I would highly recommend him for auto loans!
