After reading all of these reviews. I had second thoughts. So I slowly read EACH REVIEW. I picked each REVIEW apart.. Just a Postive experience on my end. If your looking for a loan & you get the loan. It's your responsibility. So if you read this everything is very simple set up auto Payment. & you can log into your account online & make additional payments anytime. As for your title 99% are digital & you can go online & order that also. I normally don't leave a reviews but if your making a purchase enjoy your ride & be safe Sad how everyone quick to make a negative review. CHOICE, CHANCE,FAITH. Thank You for the Loan & look forward to many more purchases

I bought a 2011 Harley Davidson St. glide in 2018 and I finance it through this loan company. The first couple of months were just fine. January 2019 they all of a sudden stop taking payments from my account. When I finally became aware of this I was five months behind. In June of that same year and I made up those payments and get back on schedule. About a year later it started happening again. When I called to make up those payments once again I was informed that the card on file wasn’t going through. The card they had on file had been stolen and I notified them of that and gave them the new card number. three months after that they called me again saying that the card was declining giving me The same car number that I told them was stolen. Long story short, I really believe American cycle finance is a scam. They get you in a loan and then try to make it hard for you to keep your bike. I have learned a valuable lesson with this shady company. Whoever is reading this, save your money or find another company. Bad business

I read some of y’all’s post..lol.. well I can say they have always been great to me with payments being took out on time or if I had a question to ask they was always nice. So everyone isn’t the same or has the same experience…

I borrowed 7,000 for my bike...im 4months from paying it off...worst lender to deal with. At times I felt like I was dealing gang members. They are horrible. I was going to give 1 star but they earned 2 because I learned a valuable lesson from them....just save your money and pay cash for your toys

Got approved for a loan here, so after my trade in they wanted 250 a month for 60 months lol. The bike was 7k after my trade in. Be careful they will take advantage of you if you let them. They was trying to add on 5k on junk on loan. Shady place .

Got a loan in a motorcycle....Payments were auto deducted out of my account every two weeks on time. The payment process was simple. The only complaint I have, is reaching this company is a pain. No response from emails, call and leave a VM, and takes them a week to call you back. Please someone help me get my title....

As a 26 year old with no available options to get a loan without cosigners, and always denied credit cards, and very bad credit, I was able to acquire a Kawasaki Z400 from the Carol Stream, IL location with 50% down (and an APR in the teens, but hey, at least American Cycle gave me a chance.) The process was easy. I have never been sent spam email, like that one google review was saying. Payments have been consistent. Between a new credit card and a low balance once, my card skipped and then i received a simple email and voice mail right away, which allowed my to fix the situation usually within the hour. My credit score has gone up drastically. I have less than 1 year left of payments. I have called a few times to double check my balances and payments left and the crew their is always helpful, polite, and its easy. Screw the haters in the other reviews, I am happy for getting the loan from ACF!

Chloe was super nice and helpful as far as the company goes standard loan shark, typically I have to call back till someone answers, most of the time calls get ignored or get someone rude on the other end

Completely shady. Got a loan through them, on their "welcome call" Rebecca got upset I wouldn't give her my primary email when she all but admitted they were going to spam me. Also got upset when I asked if she received my voicemails from two weeks ago. Never responded to requests on how to make additional payments on my loan. Wanted more information than any car or property loan I have ever had. Bottom line, if you have a choice, choose someone else.

Gave me the run around about receiving my title. Every time you did what they asked. They came up with a new set of rules to stall. Did work with me through the pandemic though
