Our real estate agent was outstanding! We were looking to buy an affordable condominium during a very competitive seller’s market. Many of the properties that we looked at had a wait list of potential buyers going to battle against one another to outbid the other. Victor listened to us with regards to what we were looking for in a home purchase and asked all the right the questions to determine how to satisfy our unique needs. While I am certain that he had many other clients to guide through the home buying experience, Victor’s responsiveness and his availability made us feel like his only clients who had his full attention. His experience in real estate and knowledge of the current market trends enabled him to make excellent suggestions on what locations would best meet our needs and develop a strategy to get our offers noticed and attractive to the home seller. I first met Paul and the team at American All Star Realty while working as Director of Operations for a multi-state SAM (Service Market Area) vendor for FNMA in Arizona in 2017.
