Nice place ,the only thing i don't really like about AA , they don't offer two days early direct deposit for your payment, if you have direct deposit with them, your money will be deposited Friday morning instead of Wednesday like chime or welfargo, they need to fix that, because all the bank are doing 2 days early direct deposit

I just wanna talk about the AAFCU in my personal experience. AAFCU ain't bad, they just alright at least for me so far. They still haven't made anything great for me that make me leave BOA which have been my bank for the last 12 or 13 years. They kind of make it harder than others banks do. I already paid off a car to this bank , paid a personal loan , have a credit score of 750 or more and wanted to buy a house with them and they were asking me for like 40k so I had to go somewhere else and get what I needed. It is nothing personal with AAFCU , it is just my personal experience. This organization needs to start doing a better job and take good care of their people.

I got a wonderful mortgage here. The mortgage process was so easy. The bank has always been very helpful to me. I love their policy of instantly crediting check deposits to your account, instead of holding them for days like other banks do.

Ms. Rosy on reception, she's Amazing. Excellent customer service, she knows how to make you feel home. She need a promotion, some of the bank the don't understand customer needs,but for her always being above and beyond service. I love AA Credit union. Thank you

As a business owner I can tell you that it is always difficult whenever for some reason you can't directly meet a clients need. But that certainly doesn't mean that you can't help them. The attention and service I received from this branch was very kind, welcoming, and deeply sincere. Ms Teresa Meyers went above and beyond to offer me support and guidance with alternatives for accomplishing my goals. Thank you to everyone at this branch who greeted me with a smile and offered me warm and friendly service!!

They claim “they never have cashed savings bonds”. I’ve cashed my saving bonds when they were on Amon Carter 2 years ago. Wasted a trip.

Can you change your hours on Google so we know what time you actually open????? Door says 8:30am but google says 7:30am…smh.

I only gave them one star because zero stars was not an option. I have been a member for years, and only recently had an issue with somebody charging my card outside our agreed upon schedule. Instead of helping me the credit union charged me $30 and then refused to give it back even though i had been telling them about this issue for weeks. Thanks a lot AAFCU for stealing my money. Membership does not have its rewards, and they have absolutely no regard for their members financial protection.

Very horrible customer service! I've given this institution a few chances before I made this comment! There was literally no one in line and three tellers and two were having a full blown conversation with each other. The third person seemed to be surfing the web and not one acknowledged me until the two were done with their conversation! No one greets you, instead they seem to be very stuck up... Worked in Customer Service forever and by far they provide unacceptable Customer Service! This place needs retraining... To be American Airlines, these employees aren't representing you very well!
