I like this credit union because it is right down the street from my house! It's very convenient. The online banking app is also very good. I do wish that this credit union worked with Plaid, because that would make online shopping much easier.

I signed a release form 2 years ago, paid the fee for cancelation. And moved 400 miles away. This bank refuses to process the old form they have failed to process before. And is now requesting I bring them a paper in 4 days or they start charging me money. They are closed on my day off which I found out last week by driving to deliver it. They simply need to just do better. What a disappointment.

We called to get a refinance quote on our current vehicle loan through the credit union we have been with for many many years. Not only did they beat our current interest charges they are helping us build our credit even more! The moment I called they were the most friendly and helpful group of people I have ever worked with. No matter who I have talked to they have been amazing and super knowledgeable every step of the way. Everything was taken care of very fast and as easy as can be. Needless to say we are switching from our current credit union who we have been with for at least 10 years to American 1.
