PNC Bank E Michigan Ave, Saline

I have had no problem with the PNC bank and it's employees! They have helped me when I got scammed and had to open a new account! Laurie is great and all the tellers are kind and very helpful! I'll continue to bank here as long as I can! Thank you for everything! Jeremy Harris

My Buisness partner and I had opened a buisness account here 3 months ago. They closed our account without any warning or notification they were going to do so. We had money in our account and our buisness was growing. This is the type of customer service they provide for local small businesses.

Went to go cash a check. I have a bank account with PNC but the lady kept asking for more info from me. She said I don’t look like my photo on my drivers license and asked me to sign my check again because it wasn’t the same as the one on my drivers license(even though it was) and refused to let me cash the check.

I have to come here to cash a check and dont have an account. They harassed me to open an account so i eventually did last month on the 16... well after 2 different calls to customer service, a trip into the bank in order to recieve my first bank card, and a month of waiting my account isnt able to be activated. 0/10 i wouldnt recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

Teller was very rude and wouldn’t print me a new bedit card when mine obviously needs to be replaced, when I’ve done it at this location before. I am very unsatisfied and will definitely go out of my way to another branch from now on.

What a joke. I get married and I cannot even change my name on my account without opening an entirely new account. Going to change banks. If I have to change every automatic withdrawal I might as well bank somewhere where they have more options for customers.

My fiancé and I stopped here today to tender some savings bonds and deposit them to her account. The Gentlemen she spoke to at the front door told her they were understaffed and we should go to another PNC Bank. We went to the Eisenhower location and they took care of it. I don’t understand why this Gentleman broomed us to another location. I was more than happy to wait as long as it would take, as we just wanted to get it done.

Bank manager will only speak to you if he thinks you have $. Blonde lady in charge of accounts is also stuck up. I had a customer service/teller issue and she refused to even say “sorry” after I was left 4 days without any money when a teller improperly processed a paycheck. The only good staff are the tellers who are underpaid and under a lot of stress I am sure.

I like the folks here, but often have to go further into a2 for more complex transactions.

Very helpful staff who were able to help me on with a wire transfer on short notice.
