    One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Mike and Meghan made the process completely hassle free. I drove over 2 hours and they made the trip completely worth it. Mike even hung back after they closed while I was loading my car on the trailer to make sure I was good to go. Great job guys!

    I couldn’t get an appointment with my normal dealer. BC was the next closest. I was told at my usual dealer that i needed brakes. BC informed me that they weren’t half depleted yet. They could have taken my money and replaced the brakes but they didn’t. That’s a big deal to me. I’ve already recommended them for service

    I wish I could separate my review based on a few factors. Debbie and her staff are really amazing and I enjoyed every minute while buying a used vehicle with Saline Chevrolet. Solid 5 stars. I would say that my biggest issue is with the person who handles financing - she basically pressured me to buy a GWC warranty that was an extra $2500 and assured me that it would be a good idea to have the extra coverage. Fast forward 2 years and it doesn't cover anything that the warranty already doesn't handle. The GWC agent laughed when they saw that I bought a car with only 6,000 miles AND their policy. Yes, I probably should have really looked into it first, it's my own fault I got fleeced. Zero Stars. Buy a car with Debbie and Saline Chevrolet, avoid the financing, insurance-policy-pushing lady at all costs.

    These people , Maria, Levi, and Travis went above and beyond to accommodate us as we had planned on picking the new car up on Tuesday but because of a family emergency in Texas we needed to move the pickup date to that Friday. And they made it happen! Great job GUYS!

    They damaged my car door and refused to fix it. Jeff told me I had to take it to a body shop on my own dime. Very poor service for years. I will never buy another car from them again.

    Hi Rachel. Thank you for your feedback. Upon bringing your vehicle in, the striker on the door was so loose that it was about to fall off, so we tightened it. The damage did not come from us, we do not have a body shop so we will always recommend one. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I was scheduled for an oil change & service as well as diagnosing an issue with my mirrors. The service team found the problem, & has the part on order expecting it in this week. My vehicle was back in service for around an hour (an expected amount of time) and I was then on my way. A technician attempted to get my mirrors both in the open before I left.

    After shopping at dealerships in Grand Rapids and not getting the deal I wanted we contacted Bill Crispin Chevy. My family has been getting cars from them for years. They gave us the best deal we had found with out the pressure and haggling other dealerships gave us. Randy Carpenter has been amazing. He made us feel as if we were his only customer (I know were not). Even though we are over 2 hours away they delivered the new Colorado to us so we didnt have to take a day off work.     excellent service as always. I like that Crispin does not just do an oil change, they inspect your vehicle and tell you if any repairs are needed and in what timeframe so that you can plan in advance to cover upcoming auto expenses. Also they keep track of standard maintenances for you (for example 100,000 mile) so you don't have to. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

    They seemed to be concern that I'd changed my rating from a 5-star to 1-star and removed my positive remarks from 2 years ago. In August 2018 I leased an Equinox from Bill Crispin. This past June I took the car in for service explaining that I planned a road trip to Colorado and back in August and wanted to make sure everything was in perfect condition. According to paperwork, it was. About a week later my "service ESC" light started coming on. Called service department. Suggestion was just turn car off, then back on and it would reset. Next week it came on again along with every orange warning light including "service engine". Service department said to bring car in but might have to keep it several days but no loaners. I had no other transportation. Checked again several days later and same response, except to keep doing the reset. I also emailed Randy Carpenter who had leased me the car, explaining the issues and might it be possible to negotiate a new lease but he said I still had several months left until November. Day one (Aug 13) of the road trip and the car becoming progressively worse. On arrival at our first mid-west overnight stop I called a local Chevy dealership and they said to bring it in immediately even though they were about to close. Within minutes the mechanic said my #2 cylinder was gone and the other 3 were misfiring. He said he had a full schedule the next morning (a Saturday) but could we stay one more day and bring it in first thing in the morning. Of course. 3 mechanics worked on it and discovered GAS in the SPARK PLUGS plus the car needed a complete engine change. Twice that morning I spoke with Kayla in the Bill Crispin service department updating her on the vehicle issues and she assured me she would pass on the information and as I heard nothing back from anyone at Bill Crispin, she either did not or no one felt it necessary to reach out to me. Well, it appears there was no problem in negotiating a new lease, and thanks to the tenacity of the mechanic at this dealership for not brushing me off but being truly concerned. (one little note - a mechanic there with 36 years experience said he would not drive my car 10 miles!) Also thanks to everyone else at this wonderful dealership in the mid-west who all knew the story and helped me in every way possible. We departed the next morning in my 2022 Equinox for a wondrous and safe vacation in the Colorado rockies. And stopped by on our way back so I could give them all a big hug!

We are not sure what happened, but we show an appointment for July 28th to check your service light that was not filled?     If I could give them 100 stars I would! They have an incredible team. Jon Martin in fantastic! Honest, friendly and by his account a “straight shooter” and that couldn’t be more accurate. During downtime waiting for proof of insurance, etc. he had some hilarious and entertaining stories to tell. He’s a wonderful conversationalist. Megan did our paperwork and thoroughly explained what each document was and why I was signing it. She was so sweet and friendly. The whole team went above and beyond normal customer service expectations and I couldn’t be more pleased with how I was treated. It wasn’t just me, they treat all of their clients like family. We were greeted, the team members made eye contact and wanted to help. Very, very outstanding experience and now they have a client for life and I will recommend them to everyone! Well done!!

    I have an older car with low in town miles and large replaced items that they are helping me keep on the road for my daughter. I am still driving it while she is away at college, because I love it. An issue they looked into a month ago when I got the oil changed came up with a different message. We talked about the repair and possibility that the message may remain on even after repair. I told you it was old. Well they were able to find what the message was informing us about and turn it off, NO CHARGE❣️ I have had to deal with another dealership with my father’s car. Huge issues! Tow truck driver was so patient! Left my daughter an I so frustrated. I thought I had stepped back in time to the 1980’s! In 1981 I bought my first car after graduating from EMU and landing my first teaching job from Bill Crispin Chevrolet on Michigan Ave. It was a Chevette!

    The person tried to tell me that I n÷d to pay to get my brake lines bleed after getting new pads. This is false. Just open the resevior and compress the caliper. No need to bleed the lines unless they have been disconnected or done improperly the first time. Then he told me that the pads on the rear drums were checked and fine. You can't check drum pads without a fair amount of work putting everything back together because they are not visible. Horrible experience from the dealership I have trusted for the last few years. I'm glad I have some basic mechanical knowledge or I would have believed the guy. Please don't upsell unnecessary services and please have knowledgeable staff. Very disappointed

    So very thankful for Bill Crispin Chevrolet. I took my Cadillac CTS to the Suburban Cadillac location in town and they REFUSED to listen to my issue and follow the TSB bulletin. They wanted to do part swapping and the final bill was going to be $800+. I reached out to the service manager at BCC and he took the time to sit down and listen to what I needed and we scheduled a time to get it done. It was fixed PERFECTLY and no more annoying interior rattles in my luxury car! From sales to service everyone I met here was awesome. Cannot recommend them enough.

    I went in with a recurring radiator fan issue. They were not able to get to it right away, but they kept me up to date as much as possible up until then and as soon as they diagnosed the car they fixed it the same day! Matt and the rest of the staff were very nice and the total cost wasn't too bad either.

    This has to be the fastest I have ever bought a car. From seeing it online, filling out the credit app, being approved and picking it up that same afternoon the entire process was quick and easy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. My dealer, Randy, was very nice and made it easy to get my insurance switched and onstar set up. He showed me how to work the stuff in my car and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend Bill Crispin to anyone looking for a car.

    Extremely frustrated with this dealership for numerous reasons. When I seen that Bill Crispin had great reviews, I decided to do business with them, but in hindsight I should have taken my business elsewhere. I traded in a vehicle and even though I thought I thoroughly cleaned out the car I mistakenly left a pair of pricey sunglasses behind. They were prescription sunglasses that helped protect my eyes from the sun. I figured the sunglasses would still be there in the car so I returned a few days later and they were more than likely stolen by an employee of Bill Crispin. I called the dealership and spoken to the manager about the situation and he seemed not to care that he has thieves on his payroll. When I purchased a new vehicle they took me in the back and threw all these add ons that sound enticing. I went for the paint protection plan thinking my car would get that auto show finish but that definitely was not the case. I find it funny that they held my car for three days just to find it looking like they did nothing to it. Also my car had a scratch on the right side of the bumper and my tire was under inflated. Two things that were not there when I dropped the car off. This dealership must not want my business any longer because they are doing a very good job at showing it. I’m going to hold this L and accept I was played for a fool, but it was truly a learning experience that I can apply to the next time I’m out looking to purchase a car. If I was you I would stay far away from this dealership and if you do decide to do business with these guys please adhere to the following: 1. Inspect the vehicle you are interested in it thoroughly from top to bottom because if it is an used car there most definitely will be something wrong with it cosmetically or mechanically. Don’t take these guys’ words for nothing. Once you sign them papers, anything that you missed is your responsibility now. 2. Skip the add ons. I’m not saying it’s a scam but it surely is a rip off. 3. If you are trading in a car, make sure everything that you need and consider valuable is out of the car and with you because if you suddenly remember you forgot something after you left the dealership it probably would have already been stolen by an employee of Bill Crispin. I hope in the near future, Bill Crispin will ensure that every single customer is treated like they matter. Also, it wouldn’t hurt if the employees had some integrity and decided to not be thieves. People work too hard to have their things stolen by other grown adults.

    I had to buy a car. Bill Crispin did not have any in my price range. I ended up having to buy a 2014 Cruz RS at Champion Chrysler in Brighton Mich. BIG MISTAKE !!!! The check engine light came on after only driving it 29 1/2 miles ! I took a picture of it sent it to the salesman. And have gotten nothing but a runaround ! ZERO customer service for me. This so called Champion Group has a GMC dealership just down the road from them on Grand River Ave. They also have a Chevy dealership in Howell MI. The car left me stranded, I had it towed to Bill CRISPIN, The service rep Matt, told me they were swamped, and that it was a 2 day wait until they could get a tech to check it out. I expected that since I just showed up out of the blue with a broken down car. WHAT I did not expect was Matt calling back later that same day to tell me that they were able to get it in and diagnosed, and have the parts in stock to make the repair. Just needed the GO AHEAD from me. I picked up the car and drove it home that same day ! I am still having issues with that car ! but not from anything that Matt and his techs did. They are the on going problems that Champion Group chose to ignore.

    The last time I purchased a car was Sept 2000 when I purchased my Chevy Tracker the end of 2020, I realized it was time to retired the Green Bug. It still run and it has about 150,000 it has served me well. I remember 2 years earlier reaching out to someone at your Bill Crispin Chevrolet about getting a car so I reach out to that person again sometime in Jan 2021. I received a text message from Jessica the internet manager she informs me that the salesperson I was trying to reached out to no longer work at the dealership and that she would love to help me out. So she set an appointment for me to meet with Levi to look at what my options are for purchasing a vehicle. Throughout the process Levi has been friendly and answer all my questions to help me decide what vehicle fits all my needs. I like that if he did not know the answer to the question he was honest and said he did not know and didn't hesitate to find someone to answer the question. I am are very happy with my purchase of the 2020 Chevy Trax. I would recommend this dealership to anyone know. I love my pink license plate cover.

    Whoever the gentleman was who greeted me when I pulled in for service and followed through with me was awesome. Didn’t quite catch his name, he was an older gentleman and was the definition of quality service.     Service takes a ridiculous amount of time. I’ve never had a dealer or other mechanic that needs more than a few days to diagnose and fix a car, but that’s twice now been my experience with Crispín.

    I had a great experience with the people at Bill Crispin. They were friendly and helpful without being pushy. They let me take all the time I needed to look at and think about the car I was interested in. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in and I was happy with the price we agreed for my new one. One thing I did like: when I looked at the car I pointed out a few minor scratches in the paintwork. They agreed to fix them and when I went to pick the car up next day it was looking (almost) like new. This in particular impressed me.

    A few months ago my boyfriend bought a used car from Bill Crispin. The wonderful experience he had made me come in for my own used vehicle a few days ago.     I came directly to Crispin at 2:30 on Friday before Labor Day after my engine light went on and I heard a thump sound under my hood. They were fantastic. They knew what it was, fixed it within about 90 minutes, and I had my car back for the weekend. These guys are great!
