America First Credit Union (inside Smith's) N Durango Dr, Las Vegas

I'm a member of this bank. They gave me coin rollers on my last visit to roll my coins then when I went back with said coins they said they can't exchange them for bills. Forgot to get the two associates names but it was a male and a female on Saturday April 23rd about 4pm. Complications with my account were directly affected because of their refusal to accept my coins.

I recently moved to this side of the town and unfortunately this is my closest branch. I dont want to get in details about my particular interaction, but I generally go to the bank for a quick transation. How on earth they made me hate this branch in just two visits. They made me feel so unwelcomed. They are so rude. There is so much they need to work on that it would be a lot easier to fire them all starting with the manager. I have visited several branches, for sure, this is the worst one. Someone need to read all these negative comments and take some actions. This is not about the size or location, this is about customer service and work ethics. I give them -5 stars

Great services, had overdrawn on checking account a few times and had never been charged for an overdraft, unlike the money hungry big banks , US Bank, Wells Fargo two of the biggest banks had both charged me in about in The amounts of $165.00 never contacted me until a month later after charging me with the original fee and each day after. Needless to say I started banking with AFCU for over 7 years and never once did I have any problems surface while banking with them. Thanks! And keep up the great services

When the Manager 👩🏿‍💼 is RUDE! What can you expect from the rest?!?!? So unhelpful both times...sad cause I really likeD this bank...horrible reputation she should retire early miserable human being with a job!!

This is the worst bank I have ever been with I have never had more problems with ANY other bank I would not recommend this bank to anyone

Highly disappointed, the staff is not properly trained, does not have sufficient knowledge on their own products and has poor customer services. I don’t recommend this location. We’ve had to come in 3 separate times to sign our loan due to employee errors. Use another location and save your time.

I went to this bank around 11am and I waited in line there was one teller working which was fine because it’s a small in store branch. The teller was talking to the customer in front of me friendly conversation. Then once I got up I greeted her and she said hi I told her I needed to do a withdrawal from checking and put all my information in and she gave me a weird look and I asked her if she need to see my ID she just looked at me didn’t say anything I sat the ID on the counter for her then she was typing no conversation at all and after 5 mins (literally) she said you want it from savings? I said NO I need from checking. Then she went silent again and and continued to type then two mins later I say is something wrong i don’t know what is taking so long. The manager states oh its over her limit she needs a override from another lady. So 2 more mins go by (keep in mind I’m the only customer being helped) the lady that is suppose to give her the override answers the phone now I am really irritated because no one is doing anything no one told me anything then no override she gives me the money.. why are you lying I never go to this branch because it’s always a bad experience I just went there because it was close to my work. I have banked with AFCU for over 10 years. They were making me feel horrible like I was doing something wrong taking my money out. DO NOT GO HERE GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH!! This one is not worth the horrible horrible service!!!

I love credit union but this branch has a HORRIBLE customer service from Rosita and Joshua, We went there in the morning to sign some documents, they said that they will call us when she was done with the customer in 20 minutes. we told them we will wait in Starbucks or call us. 20 minutes later. Rosita was with another customer while we were waiting for 20 minutes. I asked Joshua what happen why you did not call us or look for us. “Oh I went and look for you and you weren’t there” are you kidding me, we were there, Joshua lie to us and he was ignoring us while I was asking now how long Rosita will be with the other customer. And he said I don’t know. You guys have to wait. We left because we were very upset. Unfortunately we had to come back because they have our papers and when we come back ROSITA was very rude and she said, “I just came back from lunch you guys have to wait”. That’s not the way you talk to a customer. We just said ok, she made us wait then we signed the documents and left. It is very sad that people now days can’t have good customer service.

Very rude customer service, the 4 "kids"working at this branch really need to grow up and understand customer service better

Just wish it wasn't in the grocery store.
