Worse customer service, if i could rate this store a zero, i would. I will never step foot in this pawn shop again. Whoever manages this store please give your employees a lesson on customer service!!

Went to this place on a Friday afternoon. A young man helped us and showed us the rings that we requested to see. Ok no problem. Go in a week later and the assistant manager says I need 2 forms of ID to show you any ring. Ok why when just last week when I came in it wasn't requested or required. He was like yeah need that with a nasy attitude. Will not go back especially after reading the other reviews. Smh. Get it together

In February I bought $1,000 worth of a few items. I bought two metal detectors and a wedding ring set for my wife. They were busy and had to wait my turn, people, but after they got to me I was able to purchase the things I wanted and actually got a better price from what was on the label. You other people that left bad reviews obviously don't know how to interact with people. Learn some patients and speak up if people don't notice you. I went back a few days ago and bought a camera too, no issues at all.

Great place, I sold my watch today, it just took a few minutes. Planning to be back to look at some guns.

For super pawn cash America December 6th is there hugest sale day of the year. I’d planed to take advantage of this day ever since I found out about it. I went to four different super pawn and had a wonderful time at all but one. It was this one where the old redhead lady Susan harassed me for my two forms of ID to see $120 ring. Now I wouldn’t had a problem with showing her my two forms of ID if there was signage around the jewelry counter stating that you had to show two forms of ID. Susan had to go find a sign to support her asking for two forms of ID. Not to mention all of the other super pawns I went to the same day (and I only went specifically looking for jewelry )no one had a sign out saying two forms of ID to see jewelry and no one asked me. There are plenty of super pawns across the Las Vegas in North Las Vegas area please refrain from using this one unless you want a bad shopping experience or to buy a gun. Thank me later.

Ive been pawning my stuff here for a couple years and i had issues with them before but not as bad is this problem. I've pawn a game system for just borrow cash and come get it back. I come back to get my stuff they sold it and said that didnt pay to have it extended but i have asking them every much is it owed plus they switch staff managers because of employees not liking they're jobs so expect to see the person pawn it to. Just watch yourself deal with these theives.

I've been going to this pawn shop for a few years now and the customer service use to be very good. I've recently decided to by a gun for home protection from this pawn shop. I put it on layaway, 75 dollars a month till the 500 dollar gun is paid off. In doing so the manager that helped me said I had to do a background check which I did that day and passed. Forward a few months later when I paid the gun off, another manager that deal with the guns tells me I need a background check to take the gun home. I informed him I've already done one with the female manager. He then tells me that it only last 30 days and that I needed to pay another 25 to take it again. I old him that she should have informed me that when I put the gun on layaway instead of me having to pay twice. He didn't seem to care much about the mix up and looked at me as if I ( a first time firearms buyer) should have known this already. I will not be buying from this location anymore because of this incident. I encourage anyone buying from this location to ask as many questions as you can before buying from them.

Really liked this pawn shop untill one of the employees told me that even thow he entered my item in the computer as a sale instead of a pawn I could still come back within the 30 days to get it back.. I went back 6 days later to get said item, I believe the assistant manager wanted to tell me what was said even know he went back into the back room after he approved the item in the computer. He than told me I could buy my item back when they put it on the floor to sell it. His employee lied about me getting my item back, he did not put it in the computer the correct way, none of the information about myself is correct on my ticket he gave me. Horrible way to keep a customer .. Also the assistant manager needs to be fired for allowing him to not do his job correct then lie to people about it...

I've came here quite a few times. Pawned and bought items. Over the months customer service has gone down hill and the items are not working properly which is why they push there protection plan on you . Despite that I've had a few bad encounters and would reccomend anyone to check other places out prior to this shop.

My husband and I entered the store around 10:20 am. No one greeted us, we stood at the counter with 2 employees in close proximity. One girl was on her phone and the guy was cutting paper. Not once did they ask us if we needed help. We left and my husband told them, "thanks for the help". Knowing they did nothing, the guy replied " you're welcome". No customer service whatsoever!!! I would not step foot in that store again and I love supporting local businesses.
