I have been too many dealerships in many years. But this one is very exceptional. For several reasons. When I first started coming to this dealership I was very apprehensive. I had horrible experiences with different Nissan's in the Las Vegas Valley. Everywhere from Henderson all the way to the one on Sahara. Horrible horrible horrible. No communication and no update very rude very inconsiderate. The service here at Planet Nissan is very exceptional as I say again they are very attentive they listen to the customer and they do follow up with the customer. My service advisor Ruben is wonderful. As of this time I can't say anything negative about my experiences so far with Planet Nissan

These guys were amazing. We just purchased this Armada as a Certified Used car from Nissan of Melbourne, which is the worst dealership iv been in, not just because they sold us a car with an active recall and did nothing about it, but because of their awful customer service. Planet Nissan is amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful, Donovan who assisted us with the active recall is a gem! Keep him at all costs!!!

I went to the Kia Dealer in North Las Vegas seeking a car with Zero Percent Financing. After a meeting with the finance personnel I was advised they didn’t offer it and “No One Offered It”. I immediately called Planet Nissan where I spoke with Daniel. After communicating I was looking for Zero Percent Financing he advised me they could provide it on a 2022 Rogue. After meeting him in the dealership and touring the property to look at the vehicles available, I decided to purchase “The Floor Model”. Yes I bought the car on the showroom floor. When The 2 services reps came to my vehicle and asked for how they can help me I’m, they both said my rep was running late and to pull my car up/inside because the line of cars moved. Now I’m sitting in my car for 20 more minutes until a guy that was moving the cars came to see if anyone was helping me. He when and got someone, and I told him I was not only there for a oil change but also to check my account because I purchased a tire program when I purchased the car. I also told the person I spoke to on the phone when I setup the appointment. He said he would check and that’s the one thing I didn’t get. The no contact text link is cool but I don’t care for the complete no contact, no call setup. I appreciate the shuttle bus service you offer but the driver left me. I put my name on the small list and after waiting for 20 mins I asked the cashier how long he would take and she said he left without calling my name or checking to see if I left. Worse experience I’ve ever had with Nissan for sure.

After a truly horrendous experience at United Nissan, I submitted a credit application online to Planet Nissan. Within about 15 minutes, Tanner Hart called me. He told me to send him 3 months’ bank statements (most of my income is self employment). He told me he’d call the next day. He did, with a bank approval. I went to the dealership and had one of the most positive car buying experiences ever. I left with my new Altima within about 2 hrs. Fabulous all around. Thx Tanner!!

I just bought a 2020 Versa yesterday! Kevin was the salesman that helped me. He was very kind and listened to my concerns. He just moved here and is doing excellent. I went to a few dealerships all over town and so ended up walking into Nissan! He was knowledgeable and always made sure to get the correct answers for me if he was unsure (since he just moved to Vegas and started working there). He was funny, personable and I felt like I could trust him and that he wasn’t trying to pull one over on me. I really appreciated that he listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to find me a car that accommodated me and kept the price low!! I couldn’t be happier with my new car!! Can into the Centennial Nissan dealership for an 8:30am oil change appt. Spoke with Donovan. Donovan asked if I would be waiting and if my number on file was correct. All info is correct. Donovan stated he would call when finished and it should take about 1.5hrs. I waited 2 hrs before having to finding Donovan who had sent a text with recommendations about 9:30 and another text requesting me to please respond to text at 10:30am. The problem is Donovan stated he would call but instead sent text messages without walking into the waiting room to get my attention. I wait for the $150 recommendations which Donovan said it would take 20 mins. After 40 mins of waiting for an air filter I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told he was at the store. 5 to 10 mins pass and Frank the supervisor appears. He listened and stated he hates the text messages and that a text is sent and then a call should have been made. To my point a call should have been made or a 20 ft walk to the waiting room would do. Service sucked! I will not be back and damn sure will not buy a 3rd Nissan from them. Oh, they took close to $40 off their recommendations. They were so unconcerned about the inconvenience they caused.

I just recently went in for a tire rotation and oil change. They also had me change two filters that were "in critical condition." I spent almost 300 and not a single person noticed my back light was out. It was noticed 5 min after leaving the dealership and had another company change my light for me. The car only has 10k miles on it. My lights should not be going out already. This wasnt the only time Nissan messed up. They lost my specialty license plates when I first got this car. I called every week and was told they would handle it. I was told to come in 2 weeks to get the plates. I did and they were not there. I'm then told they hadnt even taken them off my old car yet. They "needed to order a special part" which is totally not true. I used a simple plier to remove/place my plates. And since I could not recover my plates the dealership refused to issue them again. The other problem was they tacked on an extra 1000 above the agreed on price. We should have gotten the deal written down. We bought our last 7 cars from here. My entire experience has made me not want to return again.

I purchased my Titan truck a year ago and I couldn't be happier. The vehicle is amazing, comfortable and reliable. I know some people complain about Nissan servie but I will say the in the two visits I've had, for routine maintence only, the staf and service could not have been better.

I should have checked the car again after they "prepped" the vehicle when I decided to make the purchase. Sometime between the test drive when I fell in love with the car and the time I got in the car to drive home, someone cracked the windshield. I now have a half inch crack in my windshield that they won't replace because they say the repair is "just fine". I recommend that you check your car before the final signing. Because if they break something during the prep work, you will most likely be going home with damage that wasn't there during your test drive.

My car started making a noise. I drove straight to Planet Nissan. The friendly service advisor (Heath) knew exactly what the problem was and ordered the part I needed. I was offered a loaner while my car was being repaired.

you buy the warranty you buy the security plus warranty that is suppose to cover the whole car for 100k miles. at 24k miles a tire needs replaced and i am not shocked that tires arent covered. All places lie and this one isnt any different. Oh i need the TIRE warranty thats funny because i was told the other warranty covers everything. I am sure next time something need fixing the warranty wont cover that either. "Oh i need a ac warranty?" pretty said planet nissan you should be ashamed.

Spent a good few hours here, did the whole car sale dance, just to walk out having bought a car for 2000 dollars more than what they said the price was. Of course because of the time and the stress, I didn't notice the price difference at the time but I feel cheated and lied to.

Terrible experience. Brought in my 2012 Nissan Versa for a driver airbag inflator recall. They replaced the airbag, within a week the car had an airbag trouble code. Brought back in, it was a damaged spiral cable(clock-spring). After speaking with Ruben in service, he didn’t want to take liability for the damage. The airbag plugs into the spiral cable(clock-spring). When they replaced the airbag they broke the spiral cable(clock-spring). I then proceeded to speak with Frank, service manager, he wanted me to pay for the part and they would take care of the labor. I told him I was not paying a penny for the repair that was caused by them. Will proceed by filing a complaint at DMV and notifying Nissan North America of the incident. Update 1-13-22 - left Frank the Service Manager multiple voicemails and haven’t hear from him. This is after I read the response from Planet Nissan, they are trying to wash their hands with this mess. Totally unacceptable and will make sure all necessary steps are taken so they pay for the damages they did to my car. I can’t believe with the stuff they get away. They should be SHUT DOWN!

I had a very good experience at Planet Nissan. Kept me informed thru emails, and I added new windshield wipers to the planned service thru an email request. Thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend that the service dept. at Planet Nissan is excellent and trustworthy. We bought our car here 6 years ago and if there is a factory recall as there was for a brake check this week that it is handled with appropriate urgency. Our car is running well and a pleasure to be a satisfied customer based on their customer friendly service dept.

The service guys (some of them) this place is terrible!!!! I have a problem in the screen on my car.. On a quest 2015. Of course nothing works on the screen. Clock, camara,radio etc ect... I been bring it for the same problem several times. They finally order a new part... Tim. Is the guy who always been helping me. He call me to let me know that the part was in already . That i can bring the car anytime I want to. He will put me in a rental car so they can fix it.. and check for other issues that i have in the car. When i call them to make the appointment. I let them know what Tim had told me. They say that was fine. I get there and this guy( i didn't see his name.. but have a big beard with blue eyes and he is short guy. ) was terrible he was in a very bad mood. He don't want to help me for nothing. I talk to the assistant manager about it. and he let me leave the car . And give me a rental car. The point is that the costomer service is very bad... going there for the same thing like 4 times. And the first time they leave tools in my car. They didn't closed the parts right.. i have to drive all the way there. Like 45 minutes driving. Just so they can fix that. HATE THIS PLACE THE EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE. WORST COSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

Purchased a used auto in July 2020. Our Sales guy was Mike and he did a wonderful job. My wife and I flew to Las Vegas to purchase a car that we found on the internet. The pricing was an outstanding value, and they even took $200 off because the online ads said they would. F&I was pretty good too. They have digital display desks for you to sign the paperwork on. I'd by from Mike and Planet Nissan again. Even if the temp out is 113.

I am very disappointed with the service that planet nissan provided me the day I took 70k worth truck for an alignment and they just kept my truck in their shop for a whole day and they were not able to do the alignment! I got my truck back with the same misalignment. Terrible service! They don't deserve a single star!

Jamie Harris is a superb salesman. He listened to my needs and I never felt pressured once from him. I personally could have gone to another dealership for a little bit better of a price but I wanted to stay with Planet Nissan solely because of how well Jamie treated me and his professionalism.

I live closer to Desert Nissan but preferred the service at Planet for many years until recently. Within a month span I've had to drop off my Nissan 3 times to their dealership for various repairs. It's a 2013 so wear and tear happens. However upon getting my car back the second time I noticed my driver side mirror was different. After sending the service advisor photo proof and heading out to have both the General and Service manager inspect my vehicle, instead of admitting that the side mirror was broken and replaced in secret, they concluded that my car came like that. I asked how would you know since it was not bought there but purchased at another location? I asked for another 2013 Maxima to be brought out from their lot for comparison, they bought a 2012 instead which also had different mirrors. Rather than holding my ground and making a scene, especially in today's climate, I conceded and drove off only to head to another Nissan service department and have them find and order the original side mirror that came with my model. All I wanted was honesty but even for Planet it was a price too high to pay for integrity. A long term service advisor had warned me of returning. I should have listened. Thank you for all of the gas I'll be saving from now on.

I can't say enough good things about the service I receive at Planet Nissan from Heath Marquardt. He is very patient, friendly by smiling through his voice / tone and informative whenever I have any questions. I can also see that he treats all his customers this same way while I'm waiting at the dealership for my servicing. I've been returning for years now because of it and I believe he sets the example of exceptional service that others should follow. I also like how the dealership uses technology to text or email me to communicate my car status or just to let me know when my car is ready for pickup.

I had bought this Quest used and brought it in for an oil change; it was discovered that not all of the recalls had been performed by the previous owner. Plant Nissan was able to complete one of the two recalls and order the necessary parts to complete the remaining recall. Do not waste your time with planet Nissan because they really wasted my time. I was working with Jamie the Internet manager we had an exact appointment time to test drive a car when I got there he had a different car for me to check out a much higher profile car I asked him to please get the car we are going to purchase or lease when he went to look for it it is no longer there he said it was at another dealership called Henderson Nissan. I live in Henderson I drove all the way up to planet Nissan for nothing I called Henderson Nissan they said they don't have that car either Jamie gave me the complete run around I wasted several hours of my afternoon creating the appointment driving through traffic getting to the dealership for nothing what a shame because I previously bought a car from this dealership....buyer beware!

We can’t comment too much about the standard service which was solely an oil change, but our service manager Jarred has always been forthcoming and genuine when it comes to the maintenance of the vehicle. We are pleased with this facility. Jarred is the face of Nissan for us and we are comfortable and grateful with and to him.

I went in for oil and engine filter change which were done fine. What i don’t understand is, my tires were inflated to 33PSI before dropping my car, but when i check the dashboard display and also physically checked each tire with a gauge at home, they showed one with 29, two with 31, and one with 30. Kindly explain how it happened. Thanks.

When scheduling an appointment a customer should be given the option to either stay and wait or reschedule. my wife was not told that it would be four hours just to have her oil changed when she made the appointment but she was told on the day she showed up for her scheduled appointment. This is not the way to have a positive customer relationship be successful, it would also be perceived that who ever is in charge of scheduling appointments is stacking these appointments so much on top of one another that the customer is the one paying the price in time. Not a good experience folks and there is still a thing called word of mouth which is now sped up by social media i wish the experience had been better.

Went and purchased a car here today and it was AWESOME!! Very friendly. The salesman I had Mr. Felix was fantastic. I wasn't able to take the car home because the bank was closed but Mr. Felix did everything he could to try and get it where I could take my car home. He gave me options when I was in limbo and trying to decide what to do. Once I decided which car we then sat down completed my credit application and got the ball rolling. I was even able to secure the car I wanted, leave drop my daughter off, and return to clean out my trade in and take my new car. Was working with Ryan and Nino in regards to a Rouge Platinum that the GM Sam was using as a demo. I scheduled a test drive with the Ryan and to my surprise I was unable to test drive the car because one he didn’t want to inconvenience the GM and he wanted to see my paystubs. I’m unaware of when Financial documents were needed to test drive a vehicle. Ultimately, I as a customer was inconvenienced for the convenience of the GM. Way to set the bar in customer service.

Posting fake photos of parts I needed for my car, like over 3500 dollars in repairs they claim I needed. My husband took a closer look at the parts they supposedly took photos of and texted me with and the parts were not the same parts. They are scammers and should be shut down. Fraudulent company. Zach was great at getting everything done and was very straightforward about the costs of doing some of the minor things that I was thinking about. The only reason that I said probably not about purchasing another automobile from Planet Nissan is that I am moving from Las Vegas.

Bought a used car there a couple months ago. Found an awesome deal. Happy with their services and staff. Everything went pretty quickly and it was straight forward. Only thing I wasn't super happy with is they didn't do a full inspection of the car - the rear breaks were not checked. Have to get it serviced. But the other parts of the car are fine. Also beware that just like any other dealer, they will have astronomical prices for additional services or coverages. Shop around before purchasing additional items or services or coverages for your car.

The communication between sales and service is horrible... In one instance, ended up costing me hours out of my day and the drive across town for nothing. I typically I don't have this kind of experience with Nissan dealerships. The vehicle we purchased was sold to us with blown shocks, bad alignment and failing battery. They said they could replace the OEM shocks for an extra $500. Ultimately they fixed the alignment, replaced the battery and installed a lesser brand shock for free. Overall, it never seemed like they had our best interest at heart. It was a disappointing experience.

Went in or a prepaid oil change on 10Jul21, up sold for replacing power steering hoses. About to pick vehicle up the same day but the dealer broke my radiator when trying to tighten clamps, was told to I will only pay for radiator at cost and had to order but they still charged me for coolant. Asked for replacement vehicle to borrow since the damage wasn't my fault but says they charge $55 a day to rent. My vehicle was in their shop for 6 days. And the car wasn't washed too

I scheduled and oil change and tire repair. I stated I probably needed a new tire, they said they would check it out and let me know. Over 2 hours later the guy texted me to tell me they didn't have the right tire and would have to order it .... so I waited there for no reason. Common sense would say to check your stock for a tire first .... but of course I'll be back, because I have the warranty with you. No need for customer service, right?

I have 133,000 miles on my Nissan Altima and will likely get another 200,000 miles on it due to the excellent mechanic Karl who works there. I trust him whole heartedly with my vehicle. The staff at this dealership are friendly nice and understand that I have a job and need to get to work. They are quick and efficient. I appreciate them!

It's not the repair or the guys fixing the cars that are the issue of their service. The issue is the service given by the front service guys to me. I had been waiting for almost 3 hours and Jarred, to whom I made an appointment, did not even let me know that my car's service was done. If I did not texted him, considering that I was just waiting in the lounge area, I would not know that I can go home. This is the second time these guys upset me. First was Ken who gave me an attitude when I told him that I don't want the repair of my car be done on that day! I've been going there since 2012 for my car service and this is the only time I had a very frustrating experience at PN Service. The worst part is, they treat the other customers better than I am!

Best place to get your new Nissan ride! Undoubtedly, the best experience I had in the process of buying a new car. Even though vehicle prices are soaring up, they were not hesitant to give me a very good deal that I can afford. Their staff is very professional and having previous experiences that almost made me give up buying a car, Planet Nissan truly stand out in professionalism. Ryan Mahoney was the Sales Consultant that walked me through the whole thing and I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car. He was very patient with us and did his best to serve our demands. If anyone is going to Planet Nissan, ask for him and he will not let you down. The VERY BEST Car Buying Experience EVER! I was specifically looking for a gray 2022 Nissan Pathfinder SL with light gray leather upholstery. After searching high and low, I finally found EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR! Unfortunately, the vehicle was about 500+ miles from the Bay Area SF in Las Vegas, NV. I reached to out to Planet Nissan and was introduced to Saul Garcia. After voicing my concerns with flying in onsite, and having a previously HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE with another dealership, Saul was not only empathetic of my concerns/needs, but he made the whole remote online buying experience seamless and worry-free! Saul kindly picked me up from the Las Vegas airport, we thoroughly inspected the car and completed all the paperwork in LESS THAN 30-45 mins! I was IN-n-OUT in no time at all! That was AAAAAAWESOME! OSH, is very fair and tries to work out a reasonable deal. He is fair in his actions. Especially if you're fair in your actions. There are a lot of dishonest dealerships currently, this is not one of them. It's expected but they still make a profit because they are a dealership and have many expenses. When they make that profit it's expected that you will receive a vehicle that allows you to continue with your life. They also have very reasonably priced extended warranties on most of the vehicles. By getting this it opens up the opportunity for them to help you further which they're very willing to do. I highly recommend planet Nissan!!!

I do not recommend this place to purchase a vehicle. Despite the fact that I verified the car's price and other data, they insisted that I visit the dealership to negotiate a better bargain. I trusted the salesperson and went to the dealer. They make a good agreement over the phone, but they conveniently forget the promises they had made day before. They showed the high end trim and also unwilling to provide any of the promised incentives. Visit was completely inconvenient and a squander of my time and energy. I am really dissatisfied with them, and they lack professionalism and enthusiasm for selling automobiles, in my opinion.

The service writer was welcoming and helpful. However, the next day the department didn’t even know why I brought my car in. Then when I picked up my car I was hoping to get the perks of a dealer repair by picking up a washed car. The perk of bringing it to the dealer , but nope no wash. And the repair still feels loose and I fear it will break again. Kind of disappointed.

Staff is great and checks are thorough but their prices for simple part replacements and repairs are ridiculous. I got my AC fixed elsewhere for 3 times less than what Planet Nissan wanted just to replace a hose.

I scheduled an appt on line for 10 A.M. When I arrived at service area the man at the service area couldn't find my name or any of my info on his sheet. He asked if I knew who I spoke to when I scheduled my appt. I indicated that I had made it on line. He told me that the on line appts were all being assigned to a service advisor who no longer worked there and I call to schedule future appts. I was then referred to a service advisor who checked me in. I was there for a headlight recall on vehicle that he indicated would take 3 1/2 to 4 hrs to complete but if I didn't want to wait that long, I could come back around 4 p.m. and it wouldn't take that long. I came back at 4 and it took an hour and a half for them to just run a inspection on my lights which they said didn't meet the criteria to replace them.

Smooth transition. Each worker made sure I didn’t have to think hard and the text communication was on point. People hate going to the dealership for service, in fear of being haggled or hassled. I have been trying to buy a brand new 2022 Nissan kicks SR in the Boulder Pearl Grey color since April of 2021 and both Henderson Nissan and planet Nissan will not sell me a car and it’s just frustrating. The first time was due to me not having a long job history yet they really wanted to buy my 2006 Nissan Frontier XE. Second off they would sell me one because I’ve only financed my used car for about 9 months and on top of all that planet Nissan lost my drivers license and no’s I had to get a new one. I’m just not satisfied with how I’m being treated at Nissan and Nissan is my all time favorite car brand but I’m just not feeling the love I deserve as a customer.

Took four attempts to set up appointment as no return call was received. Finally get appointment and was told to expect update at 2:30. No update came despite an inquiry by text at 3:15. Finally made a call at 4 and was told car had not been looked at yet. As I could not leave car the next day, needed a return shuttle to get car. Shuttle service was done for the day by this time. Communication extremely poor ... Looking for another Nissan dealership to work with sure to this experience.

We had a pretty good experience purchasing our car at Planet Nissan. We loved our salesman, Daniel Maimran. He really seemed sincere and we felt like he truly wanted to meet our needs and he took the time to hear our concerns. Seemed like a really great guy. Our experience with the finance manager, Gary VanNess, was all right. He was a bit more pushy and we felt he rushed us through the paperwork.

I brought my 2012 Titan pickup, in for an oil leak. I was greeted my Heath Marqardt Service Advisor. He introduced himself in a very professional manor. During the servive of my truck, pictures were taken of areas that needed repair. So I was not lift to quess if I were being taken advantaged of. Heath Marquardt Service Advisor, text as well as called me to update my service repairs. Several weeks after the initial repairs on my truck, I had to take it back to Planet Nissan, for something very minor. The Service Advisor Heath Marquardt, greeted me the same as he had done in our first meeting. I'm totally satistfied with the service I received at Planet Nissan, and would highly recommend them.

I bought an oil change package from these guys. I did one oil change and I got in an accident, my car was total loss. I call them asking if it is possible to bring my other car, so we can utilize these other 2 oils changed that we paid for. The great costumer service answer was NO this package is not transferable of refundable SCAM company

10/19/2020 I brought my Nissan Frontier in because the engine light when on. Employee that helped me was professional and informative. I mentioned I received a mailer from Nissan recommending 90,000 miles service and I ask about the 15% off on any service. I was told I'd be taken care of. I left my truck and about an hour later I received a call. The guy helping me said that a repair would be needed. The repair and service maintenance would cost $2,800. It was explained that the repair needs happen as a safety precaution especially if I plan to travel and the service maintenance is well over due. I agreed to the repair and service needed. I picked up my truck and notice that there's still a light on the dashboard, not the engine light but another light. I called guy and I was told to bring my truck in so I did and the technician said that it's nothing concerning and I would be safe to drive. I also asked the guy why I didn't receive the 15% off and was told that the parts and service didn't qualify. That was a bit concerning that I wasn't honored the discount at all. The mailer did say savings on any service. I should have gotten some sort of discount. I spent nearly $2,800. What's the purpose of the mailer I got that came from Planet Nissan when it cannot be honored. When you inspect you inspect... the other light was obvious and who am I to know it's not related to the check engine light. I was not completely satisfied. I don't feel safe driving my truck knowing that there are still problems. I plan to go to a different dealership in the future for any service. Consider reporting a complaint through the BBB. Thanks!

The battery in my daughters Nissan Sentra went dead. It was easy to make a last minute service appointment. The service writer and the rest of the service staff were great. The best part was the battery was covered under warranty.

Bought our 2018 Nissan Murano here and love our car. Service Dept. Has always been the weak link, adequate but never exceptional. Started with my last service in March; Change the oil, rotate the tires. All was good until the next day; low pressure warning on a tire. Checked and it was correct (thought the sensor might be off), filled it and next day same thing. Realized it was losing air and car had only been driven to and from Planet Nissan. Pump it up and return to service to ask about it. To their credit the incoming service asst. Checked the tire and found a screw had punctured it. Great, easy fix…..”We don’t do tires anymore”. Kudos to Discount Tires who DOES…..no charge, and less than 30 minutes! Now the latest; time to change the oil and rotate again. Call to make an appt. for a week later telling them I would need to wait for the car….and told “We have 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 available; but it will be a 3-4 hour wait!” Excuse me? I’m SCHEDULING a 30 minute service with you, and for a designated time I’ll have to wait 3-4 hours while you perform a less than 30 minute service? Guess they could rename it the “NON-Service Dept”. I wouldn’t accept that from ANY business…..certainly won’t start with Planet Nissan!

Tried calling for almost 30 minutes to get ahold of someone to schedule an oil change within the next couple days and no one wanted to answer the phone to services, the website clearly says 6pm. I called since 535pm. Talked to an operator once and she said their system totally sucks and she'd transfer me and still no one. Then the operator didn't want to pick up. Then I had to call sales to speak to someone and told they left at 5..... update your times then! Or it's just that yall don't want to deal with anything to do with business after 5 unless someone is buying the car.

Had a great experience with Planet Nissan. In particular, I’d like to recognize our salesperson Jesus who was truly exemplary. He went above and beyond to make our car buying experience low stress. It’s easy to feel pressured into a deal by car salesmen, but Jesus went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable at every step of the process. When our car battery died a few weeks after purchase, Jesus paid for the replacement out of his own pocket. I can’t recommend him enough, and I hope planet Nissan promotes him because he deserves it. If you’re ever in the market for a new or used car, Jesus at Planet Nissan is the best.

I called them at 9am and made an appointment for 10am , they told me they have 2 in their inventory the model I want. When I got there at 10am they were already selling me a different model. Yo trying to get service here is really bad. Service is really slow, communication about your vehicle is non existent, and there were no other cars in their shop. Used to Mission Hills cali where is super busy and on the ball. If you're in Nevada demand better service or go to another nissan dealership for car service.

This is POSSIBLY the WORST dealership IN the valley! It makes me NOT want to drive Nissans. The staff there are uncourteous and treat you like a # and NOT a person. I called for an appointment a day ahead for drop off and SPECIFICALLY asked for a rental. The day i drop it off they have NO rentals to give me and their shuttle stopped for the day. I would have been stuck there with NO transportation. I dropped the car off Wednesday and they say it should be done by Monday!?!??

I highly recommend Lee if you need to buy a car. Lee is friendly, compassionate and honest. I have been buying from him for years and have never been disappointed. I have referred all my family and friends and they all continue going back to him. We will only buy from him. If he ever leaves we will track him down and go with him. He's the best!

It was our first time there. We were recommended to see Felipe Guerrero and he was beyond helpful and was able to help us with every expectation asked. I can't express how happy we were able to work something out in the end. I look forward to seeing him again when we are ready and able to get another car. They refused to take car warranty for futures repair starting that my warranty expired. I called the warranty company and still have until 75000miles or 2024. Alexander was the person. I sent several emails and left voice messages but I didn't received an answer. Social media is next.

As I drove away from getting it serviced I noticed a piece hanging off my car. I was told it was missing a clip and to bring it back in. Now 2 days later my entire front piece is dragging on the ground and I’m told again “it must be missing clips”. I’m not sure why my whole front is “missing clips” after being serviced but I’m very unhappy that happened. Update- My service agent eventually ended up driving to my house to make sure the piece was attached enough to get it back in and get it fixed correctly. I'm still confused how it happened initially but that was a very good attempt to make it right and I appreciate it.

Waste of time. Nissan needs to step up their EV customer care. Called to get a quote on new battery. Said it needs a diagnosis. Setup an appointment for 7am. Said it will be 5 hour wait because battery needs to be charged (lie). 5 hours later quote on new battery $9k. No thanks. When I got in my car to drive off. Battery was at the EXACT same percent I dropped it off. So, I had to stop at a quick charging port to make it home. Why 5 hours?

Once that process was completed we moved on with finance and I believe his name was gary he was great. Provided outstanding service and went through all the financial paperwork. Working with Justan was a pleasure. He was knowledgeable of ask the cars and was able to easily find cars that was in my budget and style I wanted. Working with the sales manager was less than pleasant. He was very pushy and tried to get me to agree to prices and payments that I wasn’t comfortable with, which he knew. Other than the sales manager, it was a pleasant experience that was what I expected at a car dealership.

Between Dan Maimran and Ray Parker...this experience could not have been better! I felt “seen”, where I have never felt that before with other dealerships. Dan and Ray were always with me every moment of the time I spent at the dealership. They were very clear in their explanations and where always quick to answer my questions with out issue. I felt at ease and like family and that was very impressive as I am a nervous person in everyday life. It is now Tuesday and I drove away with my car on Saturday and am still smiling. I imagine that I still smile in my sleep. Great job guys!!!

Planet Nissan Service department has been wonderful to work with. Jarred Meckley has been wonderful to my family so I chose to have him as my service representative too. I have not been disappointed! Jarred is very thorough and polite. I recently had a 15,000 mile service and new rear brake pads put on my Rogue. He had the work done within the day (after many hours of waiting just to get a hold of my warranty, they are a pain) but got through, had my vehicle done and did an oil change. You need to talk to your sales team. My son had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. The rep he spoke to was Daniel. He went to the receptionist and they paged him. My son sat there for over an hour and not one person came to ask if he’d been helped. He’s gone now. Pretty bad customer service.

Updated review: Decided to give it another try and had a better experience. Everything went smoothly this time around with no hiccups. I set an appointment for an oil change @0830AM. I got there about 5-10 minutes before 0830AM and was informed by Jared that due to the Covid situation it will take a few hours but no specific estimate. (Also they don’t take coupons through digital wallet, it has to be printed). I wouldn’t have minded a 2-3 hour wait, so around 1100AM I asked Jared how much longer and he informed me maybe 1.5 to 2 more hours due to the brake fluid and transmission fluid also needing to be replaced! Jared didn’t even speak to me regarding the additional services that needed to be done and it was just sent through an automated text. I ended up leaving the place around 230pm, for about a total of 6 hours of waiting. During my entire wait Jared didn’t even bother to be proactive and put a little effort to give me a quick update on the status of my car or speak with me regarding the additional services. If I would have known I could have left and took the shuttle home or to have lunch somewhere. It seemed like customers are an inconvenience to Jared and Planet Nissan.

This review should really be a call for the BBB to investigate Planet Nissan dealership. Purchased a new Sentra for our son in 2015. Starting in 2016 & every yr thereafter, the car started having battery issues (leaking acid resulting in the car not starting). The Nissan batteries that Nissan installs have leaked ever since the car was purchased. The srvc reps repeatedly said that "it's the LV heat" that causes the battery to leak acid. 6 batteries?!! Batteries made by Nissan!! The 2020 leaking battery (the 5th replacement) caused corrosion in underlying structures, making the "check engine light" come on. When the 6th new Nissan battery was installed last month for $240, the srcv tech forgot to mention the corrosion. My son took his car in for the CEL issue yesterday. He rec'd a text stating that the past battery had caused corrosion that's making the CEL come on. $7k to fix it. $7k??!!! See attached photos. Then my son rec'd another text about the need of used Sentras, asking if he'd be interested in selling his car! Was that the goal all along?!! Please avoid this dealership if at all possible, folks. In line w/previous 1-star reviews, cars bought from this dealership will become money-sinks, turning minor repairs/srvcs into major mechanical problems. Two yrs ago, someone from the dealership responded to a few of the poor ratings; l don't see any new comments from the dealership about recent bad reviews or customer comments. Maybe in the current situation, good mechanics & customer srvc is hard to find. Some merchants are trying to recoup $$ lost from the pandemic in a sleazy way. In the meantime, fellow consumers, let's find dealerships with better srvcs & give them our hard-earned wages until other poor srvc depts come up to par.
