America First Credit Union (inside Harmons) E 11400 S, Draper

Warning DO NOT USE THIS BANK EVER!! I was in the hospital and my account went into overdrawn in my checking account. I even contacted the bank and told them what happened and just to wait for my paycheck to cover the balance just one week instead of being understanding in a emergency time they took all of my savings and closed my account. This has to be the worst feeling in my life not being able to feed my daughter. You straight lied to my face and stole from me. Never bank here they will steal from you lie to you. I get that i owed you money, but i cant help what happened to me. I hope you all burn in HELL!!

I never had any problems with America First Credit Union before until today. My husband went to this location to get the promotion cash back thing they offered, but this location of America First messed up his balance very badly. Rather than giving him cash back, they mistakenly made his checking account become negative and the bank system charged him $25 overdraft fee! How can that be possible? It's a very unacceptable mistake. That's like taking our hard working money and throw it to trash. It makes me lose some trust with America First Credit Union because of this thing happened. We will not go to this location again!

If I didn't have to leave at least a 1 star review I wouldn't leave any at all. This branch has terrible customer service and their employees were not properly trained. They also were a foot away from us and were whispering about us. It's our business so speak up! We just wanted to do a simple transaction that we knew for a fact was possible and they stood there like they either didn't know if they could do it or they just refused to do it. I will be taking my financial needs somewhere else. This was rediculous.

Every time I go to this stupid location I have a problem! America First is an amazing bank in my opinion, but this location is horrible. DO NOT GO THERE! They think they are their own company and are in charge and always screw stuff up! They have horrible costumer service and I hope this location gets shut down! It is hard for me to do 1 star but that is the lowest option.

The teller with the beard helped me. I wish I remembered his name. Hi is what customer service is supposed to be.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst customer experience I’ve had in awhile. I never leave reviews anywhere and try to let things go, but one of the employees, Sharilee or Sheree, an older woman, is probably the worst employee they have. She has a horrible personality and made me feel like trash for unknowingly, being over drawn on my checking account. She continued to lecture me on my spending and humiliated me in front of others. I am 23, an adult, not a child. I didn’t deserve to be treated like one. Avoid this location, or at least this teller.

This branch has TERRIBLE member service! Employees aren't trained properly. Treated terribly and the employees even whispered and talked about us like we weren't there while we were right in front of them and offered no explanation as to why they couldn't do the transaction. I used to work for America first and I know that the transaction I was trying to do is possible and they chose not to do it cause they're lazy. Do not go to this branch if you can help it!

Horrible treatment of an elderly person for what should have been a simple transaction with no mistakes. Plus the employees were visibly amused by their words and actions at the customer's expense. Make sure you do not have multiple accounts or business accounts with America First and stay away from this branch!

I love this cu but this location there is a man the is ignorant and rude ... I went to get change and he gets all rude and telling me off...
