I didn't get the results I liked with my finances but this place has very lovely people to interact with. They are very friendly and informative. They always try their best to make sure you get the answers you need and are doing the best thing for your situation. I'm thankful for all the help.

Dylan is the best loan officer ever, he has helped us twice! He is very helpful and friendly.

Applied for an Auto Loan online. Got called by Dylan of the Ogden Harrison Branch. He requested my paystub and because it was a digital copy he asked me to make copies from a copy machine which I did from my physical stubs. Now it’s been a week and still no answer. I’m going to Utah Community Credit Union, which I know will quickly follow up and give me a loan. Good bye America First, I would never go to them. Stay away. Very slow and none responsive.

Banked with Zion’s for years and thought I was pleased... Until I opened an Account with America First. Far and above better customer service and loan options/rates. I’ll be an America First member for life!

America first credit union is by far the best banking institution I have ever dealt with. The staff and process could not be better. They are awesome.

You're a member for years, try and pay extra and interest is compounded on interest. The rich get richer.

Took forever in drive thru and was a little rude when I asked for my stuff back

Beware of the furthest east ATM. We tried to use it on Feb. 1st 2020 and it sounded like it was processing and after several minutes it gave us the error message “ATM out of service” gave us the card back and shut down. I didn’t think anything of it until later that night I checked my account and the amount was debited. I had to file an investigation with my bank to get my money back and my rent ended up being late which added lates. Will never be going back to this location and will be telling other to avoid!

The staff here is friendly they offer a wide variety of services even financial planning. I do not like the drive-thru though it was not placed right it's hard to get into and especially hard if you are 2nd or 3rd in line because the car is going around you to the other lanes are unable to pass.
