If you want your car running right, sounding right, and feeling right, then I highly recommend Amaral Auto. They got my 2008 C350 Mercedes Benz driving like it just came off the lot. Had a rattle sound and hard ride that wasn’t your typical shock or strut issue and they were able to pinpoint the exact problem. They are very knowledgeable and spend time to educate you on the car and the issue. Great people too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Purchased a 2012, Volvo with maintenance insurance $18,000 at 60,000 miles the motor went. Money hungry Nail offered to buy the car back for $2500. In the long run only gave $1700. So we purchased off him a 2009 Mercedes with 88000 miles for $8400. Was told car was ready to go all maintenance was done. I took the car to my mechanic and had it checked out. Motor oil and all filters had to be replaced, leaking break lines. At the cost of $775.00. I saw all the filters and break lines they looked like they haven't be changed in years. BE CAREFUL,THESE PEOPLE ARE LOW LIFES!!!!!!! OWNERS REPLIES ARE ALL LIES, UNPROFESSIONAL NAME CALLING .

Bought a car here last year after moving to the US. I went to Amaral because I lived close by and everyone I talked to recommended this dealsership. The whole experience was great. Neil asked me some questions about what I would use the car for, where I would be parking it, how many years I hope to have it,... Based on that, Neil recommended a car that was cheaper than all the other ones I had looked at when I initially came in. The pricing was very transparent with no hidden fees (unlike most dealerships in the area) and the customer service truly went above and beyond. Last week I went in for and oil change and some maintenance and sure enough, same awesome customer service and fair pricing. Even though I live 40 mins away now, I don't want to go anywhere else.

This evening, I drove home in a used car I purchased at Amaral feeling satisfied and confident that I made the right decision in choosing this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car in my name, and both Matt and Neil made sure to answer any and all questions I had, along with any important things to know throughout the purchase. They were also accommodating towards all of the needs I had in feeling sure about my purchase, and were very upfront and informative about all of the paperwork, financing, and the car itself. They were more than happy to bring my car in to get inspected by the mechanic I've been going to for the past five years, and did not fall short in ensuring the car to be in excellent condition (brakes and tires were also brand new, and the detailing made the car feel brand new). Buying from Amaral Auto Sales with a financing plan was a stress-free, straightforward, and extremely reasonable experience, and I'll recommend them to anyone I know.

We had an amazing experience at Amaral auto sales. Matt, our salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. At no point did we feel pressured in any way. He did a great job, we found and bought the vehicle that we wanted, and really felt like we got a good deal. Our experience with Neil, the owner and finance manager, was also very good. As with past experiences with Manny and his team, I am overall satisfied with the detailing service on my 2014 Toyota Prius C. I was however surprised at the cost for a subcompact vehiclein relation to what was considered "full service" detailing (which in fairness I did not ask, but the service manager did not explain). I would recommend the service but caution you to know exactly what you will pay and what will be included at that cost. Be sure you clearly have all your questions answered prior to handing over the keys.

Me and my fiancé bought a 2010 BMW 328 from Amaral and it was the easiest car purchase either of us have ever had. Straight forward, no games and no gimmicks. When the car I had became unrepairable and I needed a replacement quickly it was recommended I check out Amaral. I went on a Saturday and on that Monday I was happily driving my next car. I had the pleasure of working with Neil, however I interacted with other staff members; each employee was absolutely wonderful, flexible and accommodating. Despite my credit rating, Neil worked his magic to help me attain a GORGEOUS Audi Q5 within 2 days of our first contact. The best part of the experience was the customer service! Service Update: Made an appointment to bring the car in for maintenance, and an issue I was concerned about. I took the car in, and they did a major repair for me in less than 4 hours once they received the parts. With the warranty I purchased when I bought the Volvo, what would have been about $900, was only $100 + plugs. Saved us alot of money. Very happy with the service, car runs like the day I bought it. After trading-in my old Jeep and pirchasing another car from Amaral, i had many problems. The problems were not with the syaff, but the car itself. When I called, they told me to bring the car down and they will look at it, which they did. It turns out, the issue couldn't be fixed. It was something with the brand itself and not even the Hyundai dealership could figure it out. But, Neil and Manny were more than receptive to my frustrations and worked to resolve the issue. When I first called Amaral Auto, Michael Amaral walked me through the entire process of finding the car that fit my specifications and budget. The service was wonderful, they were friendly and did not pressure me or pester me like other dealership I have previously dealt with. This is a family owned business and they treated me like family with the excellent service they provided. Within a week they had hand selected the perfect car that was better than I had expected. I then worked with Neil Amaral to figure out the financial details and was driving home in my new car the next day. Overall this was the best experience I have had when it comes to buying a car.
