blocked my card for the 5th time for no reason and i can’t do nothing about it because they’re closed on weekends and i need to uber to work over the weekends so yeah this bank is weird and very outdated technology wise. customer service is good depending on who picks up the phone, some of them sound like they hate to do their job

I have been a member for 11 years and AHFCU has helped me with my life events. I was given a loan for my wedding, and i have had several auto's with the credit union with my family growing my cars needed to be bigger. AHFCU heard me when I was speaking about my needs and was able to guide me in the right direction of what would be most beneficial to me. Thank you, for helping me with my life events!

Every time I call to speak with the loan officer, she's gone for the day. She's gone by noon every time.

I have been with AHFCU for a few years now and they always had exemplary service.Just recently they decided to upgrade there system to WE care which has been a horrible transition. I know that with today's technology there are changes but the system has given me nothing but problems. Even to speak to a live person has been impossible unless you call several times. I love AHFCU but I truly wish this new system to access our accounts was user friendly...I hope overtime these glitches in this system works itself out...
