This is our 2nd loan the first time was great not so much this time around... We went in on Tues and the phones weren't working, so they advised us to do it over the phone Wednesday (no biggie) got the loan completed told it would be deposited Thursday morning, great. Well Thursday came and nothing was deposited, went into the chandler location to find out Shauna at the mesa location imputed whatever routing number she wanted, to a bank of America - we bank with chase and sent updated statements, now im out of the money which was desperately needed until possibly MONDAY! They apparently dont pay attention to detail so i would advise double checking EVERYTHING before leaving!! Even if all your info is already in the computer 🙃

Tamara assisted me when I came in and was super friendly. She clearly explained everything and provided much clarity. She managed to get me taken care of efficiently, all while training a new hire
