Today started very stressful because I was nervous about being declined. When I came it I was warmly welcomed and helped right away. I worked with Geri she was amazing. Do not go here if you're black. I called the Mesa location earlier to see what I needed to do to get a registration loan. By the way the Mesa location is very friendly and helpful. Anyway I ended up going to the Tempe location when I get there the door is locked. But there are huge glass door windows. so I'm standing outside watching them watch me stand outside for about 3 minutes before someone finally opened the door.they literally just sat there and stared at me while I waited outside in the hot sun before somebody finally got up and opened the door. She stood in front of the doorway like she was blocking me from walking in and was very rude and asked me what was I doing there? I said I'm here to apply for the registration loan I literally have paperwork in my hand so obviously that's what I was there for. She said did you make an appointment? I said no. And then she closed the door in my face. Very rude.

Update 3/5/2021. Please read very carefully.. So I still stand by my initial review of the professionalism and kindness of the office staff. However, I must advise against taking a loan. After almost 4 months of payments made, I was told almost $800 went to interest and only $80 to the principal. But my balance is still more than what I borrowed. I was told interest accrues every day. So you will never be able to pay it off because they have you in a circle. I was told that if I want to make a principle payment, I can do that. But that is not how loans, even high interest are supposed to work. There should be a more equitable distribution and as the principle goes down the interest amount should also be lower. That is not happening. I was also told if I pay off early, I am not penalized. What they do not tell you is you are already penalized. The balance in the beginning is based on the principle and interest calculated for the full term of the loan. I was told paying off early would consist of paying the original amount borrowed plus interest accrued to that day. So nothing is going towards the principle on that logic. You are never able to pay it back . This warrants an investigation. Allied Cash Advance Tempe is the real deal!. Geri helped me in the office this morning. The whole process was very fast. Let me break it down for you. I applied one day. Took about 10 minutes online. Went into the office and was finished within 30 minutes. Funds are available to you the same days! A very big piece of advice is to have all of your requested documents with you. You will get a confirmation email of your application telling you what you need to bring.

I walked into the store a few days later, with the wrong paperwork, and Jeri helped me print the papers and walked me through the process of getting my loan. Felt the ladies at this location were very unprofessional. Went in for an installment loan and the representative at this establishment calculated my paycheck incorrectly. She had me walk back and forth to the waiting area several times while she was working on my paperwork. If you have my personal information in front you..why should I walk back and forth to the waiting area. Felt judged and that she was demeaning. Was unsure when she was talking to me if and when it was okay to approach the desk. Will not return to this location ever again!
