This is the worst experience I ever had I were told by customer service to go to m Rolling Meadows Corporate office location to deposit money on my card She gave me directions and everything I went around the building twice It show 1600 But No ATM machine matter of fact ran out of gas but I may it to the filling station Sitting in parking lot Along. l call and call ,push number #2 to stay on the line What kind business is this I'm Seniors

It’s impossible to conduct basic transactions and unlock your account. Terrible systems, hours, not consumer/user friendly at all.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution. Incompetence at every level. Don't be fooled with misleading advertising.

What bank charges a communication fee? Wish I could give zero stars. This company is crooked. They do not have a way for you to access your account details when the account is closed. In order to get a vehicle loan, you must also open a savings account. CS hangs up on me. I closed my account today and was told that there is not paperwork proving my account is closed. The fees this bank charges for ANYTHING are so excessive and archaic. What a pathetic excuse for a bank.

Refinancing from capital one to these guys has been an absolutely, awful experience. Seriously a nightmare.

I’ve been trying to Re finance for three weeks. Horrible customer service. They like to play the phone tag game. They don’t follow up on calls. Go somewhere else for your check and savings.

The Alliant credit union, its employees and processes are a joke. We have had nothing but problems with our loan.We went to a local RV dealership and were given a loan via them. We signed about 25 documents, provided auto payment agreements, provided insurance information. They still have not updated the information after 2 emails, 13 phone calls and 3 sets of other forms we have tried to set up. I have 3 times tried to link a payment options from another institution via online and once funds are deposited, I long in to no location to place the info sent via the transfer. All we want to do is make a payment on a RV we were sold.

I applied to this credit union and was approved for a checking and savings account. My accounts were open with no problems and then I saw that they do teen checking accounts as well! I applied to open a checking account for my son then all of a sudden they ask me to upload all of this verification information. I did! Then they asked me AGAIN! I did! Now all of a sudden my accounts are closed. I saw a lot of bad reviews about this institution, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. NEVER bank with them. I didn’t even get an email about my accounts closing. I tried signing in to add another external account and couldn’t then call customer service to find out. UNPROFESSIONAL and HORRIBLE experience. First impressions are the best impressions. Some way to treat your new “customers”! I got approved for another credit union anyway so see ya Alliant I will NEVER recommend you!

Horrible credit union you can't speak to anyone in Corporate customer service is awful.
