What a great experience. Colin answered all of the questions I had asked and in a timely manner. He was very professional at all times. It was especially helpful to find an expert who is trustworthy so we did not have to worry. He provided us with 3 loan options in an extremely short time compared to other services we looked at. I wasted so much time with other lenders and banks just getting a tiny bit of information only to find out the deals were not great at all! This was not the case with Colin. Colin was referred to me by a co-worker/friend that I had. I was still not sold on doing anything with a refi, but my co-worker said it was simple and to just give Colin a call. He actually said to text him, which was right up my alley. So, I did. From the beginning Colin was not pushy in the least bit, and had more of the attitude of whatever I wanted. I preferred text, and we basically did everything over text and online. You needed online to complete and submit any forms needed. The whole process was really quick. I had a couple of issues come up that I thought would end the whole process, but nope, Colin said not to worry, we would make it happen if we can. Sure enough he did. Great rate, extremely quick process, and super knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend him to anyone!
