Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights

Outstanding customer service! 5 star shout out to Amalia and Tony! I opened checking, savings and got a credit card with their help. PS I did try going to another Bank of America near me and the girl was not professional and did not have the knowledge to help me, so I left made an appointment with Amalia and drove out to Arlington Heights. Worth it to have knowledgeable people like Amalia and Tony. Thank you for all your help, you have been super attentive to my banking needs.

Worse service. This bank location does not value your time. I can’t believe a bank can be short staffed multiple times.

I just had the worst experience in a bank 3 questions/problems none resolved

Never had an issue at this location, but Bank of America is terrible with it's fees. Find a credit union instead and avoid their ridiculous fees. You're welcome.

The location itself is fairly nice, and the people decent when you're there, but don't bother with the phone number listed as I don't believe any of them know what a phone is or how to answer it. Either do your business in person or at another branch (presumably one that has trained people what that ringing thing is).

Walked into the bank and it felt like home. Amalia you know your job. Thumbs up to you and Steve. I had an amazing experience with this bank. Thanks to Amalia.... You got five stars from me.

The worst service at this bank. I went to make a wire transfer. 4 people just standing around but told me they can’t help me with a simple domestic wire transfer. 4 people just standing with no other customer in the bank!!! They told me I have to make an appointment and I can come back tomorrow. The worst customer service I have ever encountered from a bank. So much for the preferred status that have given me for being with them. Next time, I receive a call from BOA, I’ll tell them the same thing..make an appointment!!!

Horrible Customer Service/ Extreme Failure Since mortgage rates were low in 2020, we tried to refinance our business loan. It took Bank of America 4 MOUNTS to let us know if we qualify and what interest rate we can get. 4 MONTHS, RIDICULOUS. You can do an entire closing during that time. Every time our agent, Zain, asked for documents, we provided them within 24 hours. Our agent, Zain Huda, never reached out to us to provide an update. We had to call him every 3 to 4 days to check the status of the application. After 2 months, we called Zain to find out what happened to our application, he informed us that they have everything, and that the underwriter will review our application. Zain told us that it will take 7-14 business days to get an answer from the underwriter. After 14 days, we called Zain and found out that no one reviewed our application. It was on someone’s desk for 14 days and they did not manage to even look at it. They blamed it on holidays, COVID, and short staff. I understand that there is COVID-19 and they have fewer employees. But 4 MONTHS working on an application is unacceptable. And what holidays are this bank celebrating. During the time when we send the application there was only one holiday, Thanksgiving. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Zain and his staff are UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL, and did every sloppy job.

I had really best service from Liliya Fam. She was so kind so informative and willing to help in every financial needs. I believe I will be loyal customer to Bank of America forever.

Strange experience, they couldn’t grant me access to my own bank account. James is a pretty awful manager.
