The home buying process can be a stressful time in the life of a purchaser. We had previously been preapproved by another VA lender and were moving forward to purchase a home. During the process, our pre-approval fell apart due to a detail missed by our loan officer. This error was not enough to prevent us from purchasing, but it was enough to cause us to lose confidence.
