I brought a loan to Acra that had been denied elsewhere. Not only did my account executive ensure we would not have a similar problem before I even started, we were able to get this loan done very quickly. Very pleased with how this transaction went through

I had a very hard loan (refi) to fund and Acra Lending made it happen. It was a manufactured home (real property) investment property. This was not your cookie cutter deal but they made it happen. I am so thankful. The CEO and the team under him are stellar. Highly recommend them. Thank you!

Horrible lending company. This company approves loans that other lenders will not touch, and because of that fact…. They know you have no other alternatives and they take advantage of that. They have predatory lending practices and I’m surprised they’re not fined or closed down. I’m a real estate agent and yesterday we were finally suppose to close after waiting several months. We go to closing, sign papers and hand off keys only to find out that they never wired the funds, still haven’t, a day later. No one can get a. Hold of them. They changed the buyers interest rate the day of closing after disclosing the same interest rate all along, then made the other lending company (the one that brokered the loan to them), have to pay them to lower the interest rate that they randomly changed, so the lending company that brokered out to them is getting zilch for this transaction. It’s been a horrible roller coaster and my seller is in anguish. Thanks ACRA! Still not closed. 3 months and counting (and They already had the appraisal)!

I have been in real estate for over 31 years as an agent and an investor having dealt with all types of loan products and lenders. This lender absolutely takes the cake as the WORST and that is saying a lot... They are slow to respond to anything and with the turmoil in the market have slowed down the lending process to push my client outside of their rate lock so they can get more points or an interest rate nearly 1 point over locked. At the rates outside of lock, it would make sense to go to a portfolio lender that can close in a couple of weeks with less hassle.

Run! As a matter of fact sprint! This is the slowest most incompetent lending organization I have ever tried to do business with. Horrible is a understatement. From rate increases to slow response time to delaying closing only to give you another rate increase. This company is trash!!!! Run like hell!!

This company is an absolute joke. No communication. Loan has been delayed for weeks....zero integrity to get loans closed on time.

Acra is perhaps the most can-do lender out there today. They can finance some of the toughest deals and have a common sense approach to lending.

Christina Fairbanks is one of the best Account Representatives that I have had the pleasure to deal with. She knows all of the programs available and is very knowledgeable about each. I can always reach her when needed. Christina is very personable and kind. I truly love working with her and her team they are the best. With Christina on your team your loans will close.

I have worked with our AE Tony on multiple transactions and he is always available and helpful. Pleasant on the phone and knows his guidelines well. Lisa Ramirez was out support throughout the transaction and did a great job!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We were supposed to close April 30, we got a 10 day extension and are no closer to closing. I have jumped through every hoop they've given me. I have bought a $1700 insurance policy, paid upfront, got businesses licenses I didn't really need, and SO SO much more, and I am confident I will be losing this deal, as the seller will not agree to another extension. Edit: Deal fell through because of how incompetent Acra lending was. I lost the cost I paid for an appraisal, title work, and inspection. Oh, and don't bother calling their customer service, they will not speak to you. RUN AWAY FAST!

Am very pleased with the programs and service at Acra Lending. I cant say enough about Tony G and Lisa R. They are very knowledgeable, responsive and caring. Conditions are always reasonable and I have closed every single loan submitted. I would recommend!

My wife and I are so thankful to Philip and Ngoc of Acre Lending for helping us refinance our home before the rates went up. They were so patient and kind in every step of the process as we jump through every hurdle. We want to recommend the Acre Lending team to anyone else looking for a mortgage or refinance. Worst lender to do a portfolio loan with!! They keep changing staffing and their underwriters repeatedly don't look thru a file completely then request the EXACT same docs (not just an updated one) that had been sent 2 weeks beforehand. Instead of sending a complete list of items to clear closing, they ask for more docs every single time something is submitted and have terrible communication! Our deal is more than 4 1/2 weeks late and may not close because of them.

Michael Kirk and Donna Abbo went above and beyond. This market can be difficult for buyers right now, especially buyers that live in another country! That did not stop ACRA lending from getting a Foreign National loan closed within 21 days. Buyers are Canadian Citizens and were told by multiple people they would have to pay cash if they wanted a house in the US...that was not the case, they were able to leverage financing and still get a home here in the United States! To say they are excited is an understatement! Thank you Acra for your help!

This mortgage company Acra is very unprofessional. Marcus Myles in Arizona. Do not deal with this person. never returns calls. The team tells you what you wish to hear and does not follow through in a professional matter to get you the loan refinance package completed or cash out for investors. Please review the reviews on google for this company. not good. do your homework.
