Hi, I feel these google review do not reflects the reality. Mortgage rates are not competitive at all. I had initially very good response however, as time passes, you will experienced their rudeness, hesitation to provide services and will provide you unsolicited advice in buying property. Krunalbhai is very nice and professional person. Meenaben/stay away from this lady. Highly unprofessional, she will make you feel your loan is of not a big value and we are wasting her time by asking pre approval letter. Once I called and she told me they are overwhelmed and cant provide mortgage rates. Later she gave me not so great rate. (not competitive at all). I felt like she is just lying to avoid dealing with me. Stay away from these firm.

From start to finish, Krunal was absolutely amazing. He was always just a phone call or an email away, and would explain everything in depth time and time again, day or night. We are first time home buyers and he helped the process to go smoothly, kept things stress-free, and made sure everything was handled on time. Had a terrible experience with Krunal. We had a tight deadline to adhere to and Krunal assured us we would be able to make an appraisal happen in the time given. Krunal lied and we lost our house. Four days before Christmas. He was very rude and not responsive at times making us wait days for a response. No replies to emails, calls, or texts. Then once the deal had officially fallen through, instead of being a man and professional he blamed his mistake on our loan “being tight on credit, and tight on money” this is highly unprofessional. His insolence cost us our dream home and we will not soon forget. Anyone looking for a lender with some humanity and kindness do not look here. Unless your contract is making Krunal top dollar he does not care about you. I will never do business with this company again. Wish I could rate it zero stars. He still has yet to apologize to me and my family for letting us all down.
