TD Bank Plainfield Ave, South Plainfield

Not sure what's going on at the TD on near the south Plainfield police department. It appears there staff has been fired or quit. There lobby is closed for over 2 weeks now, only one person there working the drive through. I own a business and I'm at the bank several time a week. I can't get change because the one person working is limited in what they can do. I'm forced to drive out the wY to get my bank for the day

Teller Ladies have bad attitudes and are not friendly they make ppl feel that they are beneath them.. customer service is good... Other friends I know say the same thing ... they also try to act nice but are not! Only convenience is that it’s a lot a closer to my home only reason I come here I would always stop by my jobs loc” branch but they still closed down .. Unlike greenbrook location and especially whitehouse station everyone is fabulous!!!!

My overall experiences here are fine. But on two separate occasions, one the workers, Marlene, has left a terrible taste in my mouth. Word of advice, if you want people to like this bank, train this nasty woman to be better please.

They are not helpful what so ever , I had a problem with my account and these stupid ass overdraft fees . I was given false information , the customer rep had a snobby attitude and tried to play with words like I'm not educated. Since when does "pending" not mean transactions waiting to be posted to your account. She says it "only means its a day behind, its not actually pending we already process the transaction" So what is the actual purpose of using the word pending if its not what it means. One of the many reasons why I refuse to let these big name banks hold my cash its all scam fucc TD banking I will be closing my account and will refer no one to do any type of business with them

After 20 years. They wouldn’t even allow me to make an appointment with them. I’m taking my money and my mortgage out. Shame on you

The service at the drive thru has gone down. Three years ago when we first moved here, it was in and out transactions. Now each time I sit in the drive thru, I'm waiting 5-10 minutes to cash a check. That's just unacceptable.

Outstanding customer service! The manager at this location is the best! I had a problem with my account and called customer service; basically I kept getting transferred around so I gave up and went to the branch and Lucy, the manager, took care of it in a half hour! Since then I have been using this branch for all my needs, and the staff is always helpful and competent. So glad I found this location! TD should be proud of their people here!

Their gift card policy is horrible, card is charged 2.50 per month for inactivity, so lost 42.50 in fees on a 50.00 gift card. Staff not trained well enough so they have to check with corporate office for simple questions.

I paid my safe deposit box fee 4/3/2017 at this branch. Now 5/15/2017 I received "late notice" "You are now over 30 days past due please send payment immediately"...
