I can't even fathom how someone can be this incompetent. For my loan that Alli handled, we had 45 days to close, and the DAY before closing she told me we wouldn't be ready on time. I had always responded to her team and provided documents, and somehow they weren't prepared by closing. How does that happen?? To top it off, Alli handled my loan 2 years ago. I have since refinanced with someone else. Yesterday I got a notice from my bank that there was a hard inquiry on my credit, and turns out, it was Alli. I NEVER authorized her to pull my credit, I will NEVER use her services again for any reason, and now I have this dumb mistake that will impact my credit report for the next 2 years. Stay far, far away from Alli.

We had such an incredible experience working with the team of Intercap Lending. I have heard horror stories of people and their lending companies. But our experience with Alli and her team was very good. They helped us through the process of getting finances situated for our new home, they kept us informed and up to date and always answered our questions and made sure we understood everything that was happening and that we were signing. I must say that Alli Bills and her team did AMAZING work for my husband and I. We got denied from an other lender with only three weeks before closing on our “new house” that we have been under contract since end of October. It was maddening.
