Working with Scott and team was great. With out being able to meet him in person I was kept up to date with all the details of my refinance process. I was given small video clips explaining my documents in detail and was able to call, text or email when any issues or concerns arose. Very happy with my results and I would recommend other using their services.

When rates dropped suddenly while we were shopping, they were very quick to let us know so we could take advantage. Sadly, I called 3 times over a 4 day period to get a quote on a refinance. Each time Greg said he would have a quote to me within a few hours. By the last call, Greg was short and rude and said it would "take him a few days since he was busy with other clients." I promptly called my local credit union and the rep quickly did the math over the phone in less than five minutes. I'm glad I didn't wait around.

James Sly was the greatest help in our search for a wonderful home. Not only did he help us find an outstanding realtor, he took his time to help us better our finances, and to truly understand the ins and outs of our loan.
