Alex and his team handled the mortgage for my new build. They made a the stressful and complicated process of building a home incredibly easy. I met with him months before with a credit score in the 500’s with no hope of being able to pull off the build. We laid out a game plan, a few months later I was pre qualified and we began building! As the house build came to certain check points he knew exactly when to lock in the interest rate, exactly what documentation I needed, and had an awesome team behind him following up on the few items I needed to get done.
