Not crypto friendly. Lots of phone time and staff confusion. On the phone from 1pm-5pm, had to call two branches multiple times before getting the debit card to work on crypto.com. Second branch knew more and was able to get the debit card working but the card froze again after one transaction. Makes buying crypto inaccessible. Very friendly staff.

Shannon and the loan department have been amazing! We had originally gone over to Rock Canyon bank for our construction loan but when we got to closing where Rock Canyon tried to bully us into a higher interest rate. I called up Shannon and her team and within two weeks they had us ready to go into closing again while being open and honest the whole time. And giving us a killer rate on top of it all!

After dealing with the Saint George Boulevard location for a small business loan I can say my wife and I are thouroughly impressed. (update) Our family business has now completed a second business loan with T&C. The staff and employees are amazing. We have been so impressed that we have brought all of our accounts and business to them. Thanks again T&C.

It feels weird to review a bank... but I really like this bank. Very personal attention. Very attentive and friendly staff. I'm not an expert on banks, but I've had a few, and I can tell this one is different... and better. Maybe this was what banks were like before I had money. I don't know. I just know, of the ones I've dealt with as an adult, this is by far my favorite.

Christy Martin has been very helpful and pleasant as our concierge banker. And we very much enjoyed working with Shannon Walker on our construction loan. My wife Jan and I have had an exceptional experience at this bank.

This is such a great bank. I have had the luxury of working with them for the last year for my buisness. They make it so easy to make deposits and change orders to supper our day to day. Sherri and Amy are the main two that work with and it is a joy every time I come in. They are professional, but find a way to make you smile each time I come in. There is also Mack, Christian, Megan, and Makayla that help Sherri and Amy each time I come in. Over all I have not been to a bank with such great customer service in a long time.

I originally starting banking with them when they were the Bank of American Fork. Even through all of the growth and merging to become Alta Bank, I still love them! I have referred a half a dozen people to this bank, and everyone I have referred has stated they love banking with them as well. I have an interest bearing checking account which is just the cherry on the sundae!! Couldn't recommend a better bank!

Would not get a loan here! I started working with Chris Koch, who was one of the most pushy and manipulating Mortgage Officer's I've ever dealt with. It was like dealing with a used car salesman. Sneaky, dishonest, and deceitful. Consider yourselves warned. He will say and do anything.

We went through Town & Country Bank for our DBA loan recently, so I figured I would post a review. They treated us really nice and answered all of our questions, but it took 2 months for the loan to go through, and we had to put up 10,000 dollars of our own money. But of course when the loan went through we paid ourselves back, but the WHOLE reason why you get a loan is because you DON'T have the money. By god's good graces we were able to come up with the money. So overall I'm pleased with the service I got, but I would have been much happier if it didn't take so long, and they would have not caused so much stress in the process.

Terrible customer service. We applied for a business loan around the end of November in 2016. They told us that they could have a decision made and the loan funded by mid January at the latest. Things ended up taking WAY longer. Granted there were a few complexities that arose that were part of the delay. However, through this entire process I had to continually follow up with them because it kept feeling like they had just forgotten about us. There were times that weeks would go by without them checking in or giving us any sort of update. There were multiple times we left messages that were unreturned. Now here we are on April 6 of 2017 and they finally told us that the loan was declined. I'm not upset because they declined the loan. I'm just upset that they strung us along so long with very poor customer service.
