This is the 2nd time I've used Cheryl Olmscheid and her team. Was a first time home buyer 5 years ago and they were great! Being new to buying a house - Cheryl made it very easy for me to understand what was going on at all times and answered all my questions. When I was ready to sell and find a different house a couple months ago, Cheryl took the time to help me maximize my purchase. Things went just as easy as buying my first house. Untrustworthy brokers, they don't answer emails. Doesn't close your home on time because of lack of due diligence in communicating. Terrible brokers, expect not much to get done.

Excellent service from really nice people.

I didn't care for the way Joe LaGue treated my wife and I. While discussing our financials he became very short with us in regard to the fact that I transfer my half of rent into her separate account as well as the fact that I keep a few hundred dollars in cash around for emergency. It quickly became apparent that he was suggesting that i was illegally laundering money. I spread our bank statements out on his desk and every single penny is accounted for. I only work one job and sure enough, I never spent a penny more then my job paid me. This was extremely rude and Alerus should investigate his behavior.

Very pleased with the level of service from our loan officer, Adam Farrell and his team. Adam and Becky worked very hard to get us the best rate with very reasonable fees. It was a very smooth process.

Very unprofessional. They don't answer questions, emails. They don't do their jobs making sure your home purchase will close on time. Terrible communication and excuses and lies on delays. Do not use this company, nothing will get done in time. If you want to lose months of time and money, go here
