My experience working with Adam on a re-fi was A+. He was never impatient or annoyed when I didn’t comprehend something or when I asked the same question over and over. And early on there was some question regarding my eligibility. But Adam was confident and tenacious and ultimately it all worked out. Besides all that, Adam was very personable and he always responded promptly to any messages I left. From the outset I knew I was in good hands.
