Went in with a Samsung galaxy gear s3 smartwatch and a Samsung tablet really needing money to pay my bills but was told they do not take any of it?? Its worth just as much as the iPad he asked if my tablet was but some guy brought in a Rolex and that was okay. You really need to change your website because as it stands and reads you accept any electronic. Very disappointed.
Hello Ms. Marsh, I am sorry you had a bad experience with us today. Unfortunately we are not able to take android products - like your Samsung tablet and smart watch - because we are not able to reformat them if they come out of pawn to be sold. We take apple tablets because we are able to wipe the previous owners information off them before putting them out for sale. Beside the Rolex watch being a very valuable item, it does not have to be reset when put out for sale. We make a point to never put an item out for sale with the previous owners information on it. In the future I would encourage anyone wondering if we take their item to simply give us a call and we will be happy to let you know if you would be able to get a loan on it or not.

I highly recommend Uncle Sam's Pawn Liquidation Store in Johnson City, TN. The staff and owners are very friendly and have great customer service. You can pawn your own item plus, they have a big selection to choose from to make a purchase.

I needed a small loan and the bank wouldnt give me anything under $500. I called around and Uncle Sams gave me the most money out of any other pawn shops that I called in Elizabethton Tn. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer!
