The customer service it atrocious. Was a member for 5 years. In that time I was given fake cash after a deposit, had a member of the bank do fraudulent activity on my account, and they put unnecessary holds on my account. Bank here and get ready to hear one thing when you open the account and excuses once your account is active. You've been warned. Admittedly 95% of the issues are at the 35th and Southern location.

Probably one of the worst bank i have banked with! Customer services is terrible they make you wait long time at window to help you and draft fees are outraged and cash deposit on atm takes couples of days to be available. Overall experience is not up to a professional bank standards. Every customer counts i always say.

I found the bank to be very nice most of the fee problems people have complained about got removed the branch manager was nice and always talks to you I read a ton of reviews that say bla bla bla overdraft fees to be honest there over draft fees are not to bad now but it's something you could avoid with ease. If you just went barely over drawn the branch manager would be wiling to fix it if you address the matter calmly

Each time I've been in this bank or on the phone I've never had a problem. The staff are very kind, there's quick service and they seem to do all they can to be of service.

This is by far the WORST banK in ARIZONA !! THESE PEOPLE HOLD YOUR MONEY. THEY HAVE AN OLD OUTDATED ATM. THEY HAVE TO COUNT ALL THE ATM MONEY THEMSELVES BEFORE ITS REWARDES ON THE ACXKUNT. I DEPOSITED SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY 100$ AND I CANT GET A PENNY OF MY OWN CASH TILL TUESDAY!!? AND THERE IS NOTHING U GUYS CAN DO? THIS AINT NO BANK!! I CAN RUN THE SAME DAMN OPERATION AT HOME . WHERE THE CONVIENCE HERE ? WHERE THE INNOVATION? OWNERS! HOW COME YOU GUYS DONT SPEND MONEY ON A NEW ATM.? ONE THAY CAN ACTUALLY READ MONEY. WELLS FARGO DID. BANK OF AMERICA DIS. CHASE DID. THEY TOLD ME "OH OUR ATMS ARE OLD IT DOESNT READ MONEY. WE HAVE TO DO IT BY HAND. ITS A BUSINESS DAY HOLD !!! WELL. I WAIT SATURDAY NIGHT. SUNDAY MORNING. SUNDAY NIGHT. WENT IN ON MONDAY. AND FHEU SAID TO WAIT TILL TUESDAY!! REALLY ?? WTH KIND OF BANK ARE YOU GUYS RUNNING! IM WILLING TO GO ALL THE WAY. YOU GUYS ARE BEYOND FREAKING SILLY !!!

Always friendly, no fees, I love them!

Since moving into my home, I receive a fair share of promotions in the mail from exterminators to water treatment services. Rarely do they appeal to me. However, the mailer I received from TCF caught my eye. They offered to give me $200 for simply opening a checking account funded with $25 and then completing a direct deposit of $500 or more within the next 60 days. Its like taking Benjamins from a baby!

Everyone at this bank is great. Very helpful in every aspect of banking. Knowledgeable,friendly staff and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I recommend this bank to everyone.

The staff are very friendly but not very knowledgeable. It takes forever for the transaction or a check to show on your account. Multiple times I asked them to send me documentation and they never did. Very unreliable

Very nice people at this bank. They do not try up sell you like Wells Fargo and Chase do.
